Do not go to this gym manager does not care about people nor does the company very very rude front desk manager do not go to this gym . they will take ur money and not give you service

Friendly staff. They have all kinds of machines to work out and weights. You can go swimming. They have a relaxing spa and sauna. I feel comfortable here, no judging.

Changed my rating to a two star. From day one there is either no hot water in the men's shower or no water pressure. Took me literally 15 minutes to shower with the trickle coming out of the shower head. Going to check out LA Fitness soon.

Love this gym I go there before work in the mornings good equipments the only thing and I'm never one to complain about anything but the mens showers hot water a lot of times don't work or the water pressure is real low I hope this issue gets fixed soon other than that awesome gym one of my favorites for sure morning staff is awesome!!!

One off the best gyms with most upgraded equipment. Only wish they had one in Lubbock TX.
Good gym...just wish it wasnt so expensive. Would go to it over planet fitness if it wasn't for $85/month for my wife and I.
I have never received such an unwelcoming experience walking into a gym as my first time at this gym. I Just PCS'd to Lackland and was accompanying a friend who was a member. We arrived straight after a work, in uniform, and requested a 3 day pass to try it out. I was told I needed to provide a drivers license with a local address and was given a lot of attitude from the front desk when I told them I was new to the area and replied that the only way I could work out was to pay $15 or sign up for a membership. My friend had already gone to change and was approaching the desk to check in on me working out and they gave him trouble when he asked what was going on. Eventually after hassling with her for a bit, while still being polite, she said I could take a seat and she would get the manager. Crickets... 20 minutes later "the manager isn't available, but here's a 3 day pass."
I understand the policy is to negate tourists from getting free workouts without intent to purchase a membership, but military members are nomads and don't usually have a state id matching their current location. I would have been understanding had she been polite but the rudeness and total lack of professionalism is why I will not be going back.

Love the temperature setting in the sauna. Fair amount of equipment, some friendly staff. Overall fine place to workout.
Staff and trainer's make you feel welcome. Very well kept facility and always clean.
When it comes to exercise, I lean more towards Calisthenics but when I won a drawing for a trial membership at this location it was definitely worth cashing in on the winnings. Comforting environment for exercise beginners and advanced lifters alike. The front desk greets with hospitality and the trainers assist appropriately. Smaller inside than it appears but after taking into account a Cardio room, swimming pool, and aerobics room plus eccentric stations for stretching and plyometrics; it's easy to see why the Gold's name is respected throughout the health & fitness industry.
No good. Ppl lie to you they took out 2 months from my acct when i didnt even go fir about 3 months said they would help cuz i was in the hospital i needed that money for my meds but never got no call back to fix the problem
Great gym and friendly members! Ask for Isiah M. when you go! He was not pushy, very honest, very knowledgeable about fitness and spent a lot of time with me before I joined the gym to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Clean gym as well
I like to feel comfortable at a gym where I can listen to my music and work out and just to feel comfortable and the people that work there are on the same level. Good People Good Vibes
Large gym with nice, working equipment. Gym is clean and has a wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi. Only issue is that this gym charges an additional $10 a month for towel service. I very rarely use the pool but I think I will just add my own towel to my gym bag.
Worst customer service, I was told by a operations manager and a front desk one thing. When I go in to change my plan they said they never would have said such a thing. Never going back again.
The gym is nice because it's new. Smaller compared to other gold's and LA fitness. It gets pretty crowded during high traffic times (obviously). They could use more staff on hand ESP in the mornings.
Talk to daniel he is the best guy to talk to and he qill get you good deals to get started here he is my best friend i love him he is awesome
love this gym the pool is awesome and the ladies room is always clean. The movie cinema is a little small and not many machines. If the hours were better on the weekend this would be my main gym ,but they arent.
