I liked it at this location. There was a lot of fun equipment to use. The staff was nice.

This was first time visiting this location the staff was nice, the facilities were, the equipment was a little dated meaning worn padding and ungreased parts. However I enjoyed my visit.

Great place to workout. I just recently signed up.
They will do some renovations.

Great place to work out for a great price. Staff is nice and gym goers are really nice as well and always wipe their equipment after each use from what I see. Love PF!

We have been going here for 5 days and have fallen in love with our gym. The staff is extremely friendly and the machines are fairly easy to use. We have already set up our routine in the back with the legs and core work outs. The core one is very popular here even with the staff. Really get results on it.

It has everything you need to work out and is very affordable. I like going at night when it is less crowded. Staff seems nice and place looks clean.

The good thing about this gym is it is inexpensive compared to most gyms. Membership is in the range of 12$ a month. It has a fairly large section of cardio machines (stairmasters, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes) and a solid number of other excercise devices.
There are only 3 squat racks which double as areas to do bench press. This causes queues when it is slightly busy, which is more often than not. It's pretty basic outside of that (no pool, basketball/racquetball court, sauna, studio/boxing room or classes) but you get what you pay for.
Representatives appear cliquish with who they great entering an exciting the building.

You get what you pay for.
The atmosphere is not very motivational and nothing to rave about.
I'm not the target audience but I'm sure this works for some people on a budget that just want to use a treadmill.

Paid in full. Has equipment needed for excercises needed. Didn't like the idea of setting an appointment to make an exercise program scheduled for an hour only to be told to reschedule because this was consultation only and told to meet in back of check in area by 9:30 it wasn't 9:30 yet had to go to restroom and was back within seconds after 9:30 didn't have phone could nt say exact time but it was like seconds after 9:30 and another lady was there which I thought online set for 2 people for same time but told my time was consultation only and rescheduled for the Tuesday following that Saturday for full hour. I decided to cancel and not to follow that person. So can read for myself and learn machines. Maybe take a class under someone else. That's why 3 rating.

Best planet fitness I have been to. The Wi-Fi works perfect. They have Hammer Strength machines. The downfall is they do not have a bench press and they do not have enough benches.

Just started at this PF and my husband and I absolutely love it. Customer service given by the staff was was great.

At night the worker just socializes, non employees behind the front desk(where your personal info is at), totally unprofessional, and more of a hang out for the night person and friends.
Even when management is notified of this, nothing happens, and at night the quality goes down to zero.

UNFRIENDLY AND UNWELCOMING SERVICE EMPLOYEES. My husband and I travel daily for work and go to a different PF location almost everyday. I've even come to this one before and it was okay service. The second time my husband's workout was longer than mine so I decided to kill time at the DDs clothing store next door. Unfortunately, they didn't have public restrooms so I went back to PF but they were going to make me call my husband out of the shower just to let use their restroom. No this is not good service. The girl at the counter made me feel like some wanderer trying to take advantage of their facilities at their expense. We pay for our membership every month. I even tried to explain all wanted to do was use the restroom but no budge. I felt embarrassed.

It's pretty convenient for the price. Equipment is pretty nice and they always keep up with their sanitary spray bottles and paper towels. It works for people who have various schedules at work and at home. One thing I don't like is the lack of acknowledgement from some of the staff, especially the small teenager who works at night. Not even friendly and doesn't even greet people. Could definitely use more friendlier staff but all in all, not a bad place to work out

Horrible service. Went in to find out about amenities and equipment and rates since I had never been to a planet fitness before and girl at desk who was just standing there and gym was empty said she couldn't assist me because she was the only one working. Not sure why answering a few questions was so hard. Don't recommend.

This Planet Fitness location is so clean all the time and the staff are so friendly! The machines and equipment are spotless and I never have a hard time asking question since the friendly staff is very knowledgeable!! I'm really glad to be able to be a member of the gym and I really enjoy attending this Marbach location.

The little asian boy at night has absolutely no customer service skills. Planet Fitness isnt even my primery gym but when my gym is closed i try and go there because its convinet. Everytime i go in and get a day pass (which is 20 bucks, more then members pay in a month) she talks to me like im a problem. You would think they had to take a class to be the face of the gym as you walk in obviously not.
