I recommend Steven Franco if your looking to get healthy. Don't be fooled by the worknout area As he mentioned it's in a 2 garage area but it has what you need to get your work out done. The price is very affordable and you'll get a great work out.

By far the best training! Coach franco and I have been together since day one. He keeps me in top condition and sharp. The gym set up is great. Everybody that works out there is positive and helps push everyday. Great environment!

Best gym I have attended in SA. Coach has tons of experience, so if you are looking for a great boxing coach or just someone to help you shred some weight, you have found the right gym.
