ILKB has been great! I love all the coaches & every day is different. I definitely feel stronger & more confident. Anyone can do it!

I originally signed up with my boyfriend. A year later I am still going. I was hooked. I feel stronger every day.
Excellent workout with continuous challenges. The instructors are awesome, helpful and motivational. These classes are good for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It makes a difference and you'll feel great.

I've recently started going to Ilovekickboxing and I can honestly say that I am loving it! My first class was pretty tough, but now that I've been going a few times a week I've felt a lot more comfortable with the workouts. The coaches are great and always eager to help perfect your technique!

Looking for a fitness experience that's not a gym? I heartily recommend iLoveKickboxing. It's a group experience every time. The instructors are immensely encouraging, and provide enough personal attention when needed. The music is rockin', and the mixed company and range of experience helps to keep the whole atmosphere one of competition with oneself and mutual uplift. Change happens quickly if you make the commitment to yourself.

I initially signed up as a stress reliever but I became a member because I'm surrounded by great people that push you to reach goals you had no idea you wanted. Absolutely love it.

I originally signed up for a few classes through Groupon to try it out and knew after my first class that I wanted to go there to work out regularly. The class is high energy, the instructors are knowledgeable and funny, and there's a diverse level of skill amongst the participants. Initially, I wasn't able to keep up and just did what I could. The instructors were very good about assessing my fitness and skill level and pushing me to do more than I thought that I could. Definitely recommend ILKB for anyone interested in getting in shape and want a supportive class to encourage them to pursue their fitness and personal goals.

Great place to workout, blow off some steam and get your stamina going. The instructors are really hands on and they let you go at your pace which helps the students improve. Really awesome place, check it out

ILoveKickBoxing is an amazing stress reliever and the trainers here are awesome! The classes are intense but worth every second. I love how staff keeps up with you and makes sure that you're committed to coming, and that there is always something going on to keep everybody on their toes.

I use to feel like going to the gym was a chore that I needed to check off my To-Do List and now I find myself genuinely excited to go everyday. I've been going to this gym for about two months and I'm already seeing results that I was never able to attain working out at a standard gym for a year. The15 minute warm up is painful but if you stick it out the rest of the hour is so much you don't even realize you are working out. The first class leaves you extremely sore especially two days later. The instructor are very fun, energetic, and motivating. The Gym is a little small but it's rarely at max capacity. Overall this is the most fun I've had working out.

The instructors are all SO positive and no matter what your fitness level, you can do the work out. I can already feel myself getting stronger and better at the moves. Don't let it intimidate you!

It's a FULL body work out and it makes you feel amazing afterwards! Anything that has me getting up and there by 6am has to be GREAT! I am 47 and my 20 year old daughter and I have been doing together! WE LOVE IT! Come join us! You will NOT regret doing something this GREAT for yourself and your body!

I love this place! Great workout! Good mix of cardio and boxing. Always exhausted after a session :) instructors and excellent and do modify some moves for beginners. They also make sure to walk around to help with technique.

I am the definition of a couch potato with a little junk food junkie sprinkled in. I was nervous to start. As expected, I was struggling through the first class. When I started to get behind, Nia and Juan were right by my side encouraging to push through. By the time class ended, I was drenched in sweat, exhausted, but I felt powerful. I couldn't wait to come back. I really like the way the trainers modify the workouts for you based on your personal circumstances, but get you out of your comfort zone. I definitely encourage anyone considering ILKB to give it a try. It is worth it. The feel of family is EVERYTHING!

I am a total couch potato with grandiose ideas about hitting the gym every day! Before my first class at Ilovekickboxing I would think about exercise but I would never do it. I signed up last fall went for a couple of weeks and then stopped. The couch potato won! At the beginning of April I was still fat and tired, so I went back. No one made me feel bad for slacking they were just happy I was back. Since then I've gone at least 3 times a week and I feel great. The 15 minute warm up still kicks my butt, once we get to bag rounds it's the best feeling! I can feel my punches getting stronger and my endurance is getting better. Partner drills are great because you get to know other members. The best part (aside from getting healthier) is the non judgemental atmosphere! Everyone is so supportive and the instructors are fun, knowledge and so very helpful. I love this place and I have actually been getting up at 5 in the morning to make the first class of the day. All I can say is sign up all ready!!!

I cannot brag enough about ilovekickboxing. They are absolutely amazing and definitely help me get the best work out needed. At first, I was having a bit of difficulty learning the moves, but with such amazing instructors, they get with you to show you the right way to punch and kick. Joining ilovekickboxing has been the best decision I have made.

The classes are Kick-Ass! They are intense but fun! The music is kickin. The instructors are knowledgeable and upbeat. I just started and I'm already noticing changes in my body. It's a great place for a hardcore cardio workout!

I LOVE "iLoveKickboxing! The staff is motivating, friendly and wants to help you reach your goals. I love that the full-body workout helps me burn off calories and stress. I have tried several gyms and workout programs and this and it by far my favorite. Six weeks in and I can already see results.

The instructors are super energetic! I have never done anything like this before, and am kind of lazy myself so doing kick boxing is definitely out of my comfort zone. But guess what, I loved it, and registered for more classes. Also, I like that no matter what your level is, everyone is ready to help you out. It makes you sweat, but it also makes you feel good with your mind! Definitely recommended.

This is by far the best way to get in shape fast! I had reached a point in my workouts where I was bored and ineffective, until I learned about iLoveKickboxing in Richardson. The workouts are never boring and the instructors are amazing and they keep everyone motivated! I recommend this to anyone looking to achieve results! I have made a lot of friends with other members that also help me stay motivated. It is a great outlet, a great workout and therapy wrapped into one!

Amazing workout! Amazing instructors! And amazing new friends! They always seem to somehow keep me motivated! They help me stay fit, and always leave me wanting to return. If you want to try something different and feel like you handle an intense workout. Come here. I used to not workout at all, now I go about 2 to 3 times a week and am staying fit.

I signed up using their 3 classes for 19.99 promo, which is a great value. This offer includes free gloves. This is a very warm and inviting gym. All the instructors and members are very helpful and truly want you to do well. They make you feel like part of a large family. You start out with 15 mins of an intense workout. If an instructor sees that you are struggling with a particular exercise, they will come over and give you a modification to do. They are extremely encouraging. Once you have completed the exercise and stretch portion, you go into the kickboxing portion of the workout. This is also a great workout and very fun. The instructors will walk around making sure you are doing the punches and kicks correctly so that you get the most out of your workout and to make sure you protect your knees when kicking. The gym is kept very clean. You will not be disappointed if you come.

This is one of the best place for complete body transformation with less sacrifices on diet. My goal was to get into good shape, cut down extra fat, increase stamina and i was able to see results in 2 months. The class is nicely divided to include cardio, kickboxing, stretching and muscle relaxing exercises. I felt very fresh, productive after kickboxing class and definitely helped improved my lifestyle. Usually within 2-3 months we can see some changes as it's 1 hour of intense workout and not like gym where we need to spend 2hrs/day for 3-4 months to see some changes. I would recommend taking at least 8-10 classes and fit's helpful or people of all age. Also instructors here are very helpful and amazing

Trying iLoveKickboxig is a great experience and the best way to have a complete work out! They have a schedule set up with different class time, the instructors are always there to help you during class and give you feedback to improve every time. The atmosphere overall is the one that you feel comfortable enough to keep motivating yourself and others to reach your goals! You should try it out!

I have been attending classes at ilovekickboxing in Richardson for two months now and I'm in love. Super fun atmosphere, great heart pumping music, and the wonderful instructors make this an addicting class. Every time I finish a class, I get a great feeling of achievement. And it works! Down 15 lbs so far! I definitely recommend everyone to try it out for themselves.

Awesome workout experience. The instructors are so motivating and encouraging and the community is friendly and welcoming. The workout is intense. I never leave feeling I haven't accomplished something great. Best fitness decision I have ever made!
