Worst experience ever. Bought from a coworker and they set me up without my knowledge on a recurring plan. Once I got the email explaining that, I went in and cancelled the membership online. Apparently, the order I never wanted processed the same day. 2 days later, I had $130 draft from my account. I called the customer service line and they said they couldn't do anything to help and that supervisors also cannot help. I would have to call back and get a return receipt and send it back once I received the order. The woman on the phone didn't want to assist at all. Its 2 days before christmas and I'm out $130 for a product I didn't want. Not going to order again no matter what.
