The gym is fine, but they were very unhelpful regarding membership. When my daughter left college she told the front desk to cancel her membership, but we were charged for several months after that. I called and spoke with the general manager, who said that she needed to sign a release, but when she told the front desk about cancelling, they did not ask her to do that, which she easily could have at the time. When I pointed this out, the GM lectured me about personal responsibility and that we should have remembered the terms outlined in the contract she signed nine months earlier. Really? So rather than refunding the membership for the three months we were charged after she said she wasn't going back, their solution was to treat me like an irresponsible child. Because this is a franchise, the corporate offices will be of no help. Be very careful about this location. As others have pointed out, they seem to care more about money than doing the right thing.
