Very clean, lots of operational equipment, reasonable price
I've been going to CFUJ for almost 6 years. The coaches are knowledgeable and do a wonderful job of teaching good technique as well motivate, encourage and have fun with the members. No matter your age, there is a workout that will meet your physical fitness level. From competitive athletes to grandmas like me! This gym is home away from home for me, a true community. I love my gym!
Visiting the Allen area for the weekend and just dropped into this box. I loved it so much the atmosphere was so welcoming and coach Darren was so knowledgeable and motivating! The athletes are also so friendly, they made me feel at home! Will be returning every visit!

The people are incredibly kind and encouraging, and I've never felt like I didn't belong, regardless of skill level. Some of the most welcoming CrossFit people you will find.

Great training atmosphere!
The trainers are top notch and very attentive. I have gotten more stronger, flexible, and faster in the few months that I have been attending. This is coming from an experienced strength athlete. If you are looking to push it to the next level, this is the place!

Darren and Michelle are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I live out of state but am in Plano often visiting family. I always stop by to work out at urban jungle when I am in town. The coaching is great, the atmosphere is encouraging and the members are genuinely kind and take the time to get to know you. I can't say enough about this gym, the owners, and the athletes that train there. Great people, awesome gym!
This is absolutely one of my favorite places to go ever! I have belonged to a few gyms throughout the years and can honestly say this is the best one I have ever belonged to, I get the best workout I have ever had and get to train with the nicest group ever. I really cannot say enough about how great it is and how awesome the owners are. I have been going here for just over a year now and have not only gotten in great shape but I have made lifelong friends, the entire experience is awesome and I highly recommend giving it a try. The owners and athletes of this gym make it such a family atmosphere, it's hard work but fun at the same time, I will never go anywhere else :)
