I've been taking Coach Flowers's kickboxing class for almost 2 years and am in the best shape of my life, plus I learn self defense, and I also get to participate in karate classes. The kids karate is also fantastic and their students place at every competition they attend. All classes are included for their price and you can attend as much as you want 6 days a week. The coaching is top notch and their backgrounds are very impressive. Really comfortable, fun environment. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
