Living in the North Garland/East side of Richardson can be hard to find a yoga studio! I decided to check out Reef Point one day instead of driving ALL the way to Dallas like i typically would do to take a class , and it was the best decision! I did the 30 days for $30 deal and have gone 3 times already! Each day im sneaking a peak at their schedule of classes to see if i can make it to another one! First of the studio smells AMAZING, the staff is super peaceful and happy. the space if very inviting. The first class i took was with Melissa on Wednesday night and OMG it was exactly what my body, mind and soul needed for that day, great playlist, great flow, humble and educated instructor! Today i did a class with Andrea during the lunch break time 12-1 and it was totally perfect, her playlist was on point her energy was great, very articulate with her words and cues, and super fun and professional! i absolutely LOVE the lemon grass towels at the end and all the cubbies with mats, blocks, and all the other goodies! cant wait to come back for another class!
I was hook after my first class at Reef Point. This was back in mid Feb 2018 and now I'm a regular student. I always feel good after each class and that's the biggest motivation to keep practicing.
The owner, Kathy is so sweet and the instructors are great. I haven't have a class that I didn't like but there are classes that I absolutely love like the All Level Vinyasa with DeAndre on Monday night, Stiff Guy with Daniel, or Sunday Morning with Diane. They have many classes throughout the day and on weekends, making it very flexible for my schedule.
Try this place if you haven't already. It's a beautiful, spacious, and clean studio with great classes for all levels.
I love the aesthetics--clean, uncluttered rooms & art gallery--but the quality of instruction is the real draw.
Alexan Central Luxury Apartments is a BIG fan! Soooo many Yoga classes. They are all amazing. You wont be able to get enough
The instructors are very nice. The studio is very clean and nice. The teachers are great you will leave with a sweat. Went back to work drenched. They seem to have classes at 12 everyday which are perfect for lunch time but be prepared to sweat a lot.

This place is like home :). I've done yoga in Dallas for over 10 years, and I can confidently say this is the most comfortable, welcoming, warm (not just from a temperature standpoint) studio I have had the pleasure of attending. The owner and all of the teachers are genuine and kind. They accommodate a range of experience levels. The studio is clean, bright and beautiful. I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Great energy and great experience. Different from other studios I've been too- with natural light and no mirrors, witch I actually like. I would highly recommend to someone looking for a new studio in the North Dallas/Richardson area.
