Curves in Richardson has excellent workout coaches; they are friendly, professional and helpful and make daily workouts actually enjoyable. It is also a great place to meet and interact with fellow exercisers.
In addition, all their equipment is easy to use and works on all parts of the body at your pace.

1144 N. Plano Rd. in Richardson, for almost 2 yrs. now.There's been such such an Amazing difference in my life. I am stronger, healthier, and have met so many wonderful ladies, who All say the same things. Cheryl, the Owner is very encouraging, and the Staff here is Over THE Top. I have been to other Curves, but none offers all that This Curves does. Good Health, Encouragement, Wonderful Friends; What more could one ask for?

I love the 30 minute fast workout plus 15 minutes of stretching. However, I wish the place would not close at 6.30 pm. It gets hard to get there before 6.30 pm every day for people people having jobs. Weekend timing hours are very few. Other than that this place is great and has really friendly coaches!
I have enjoyed Curves very much. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's nice to get to visit with other ladies as I go around the circuit, and I feel I get a good, balanced workout from the way the machines are set up. I have a membership at a large exercise facility, but prefer to go to Curves.
I have been a member at this Curves since they opened (2012?) I love the atmosphere and the fellow members. It is nice to work out with just women so one doesn't feel overly self conscious. Cheryl, the owner, and each staff member does a fantastic job to help morale, and she encourages us in our health and fitness journey. We also contribute substantially to the community, specifically the North Texas Food Bank and an annual toy drive to help the people in our community. This is a wonderful facility and I'm thankful to be a part of it!

You are always meeting new, nice, friendly people. The coaches are great and encouraging. They also keep in touch with you when are out for a few days to make sure you get back on track. I love workig out at Curves. It's nothing like going to the gym :)

The machines are updated when needed and are always clean and well maintained. The owner as well as the employees greet members by name which makes you feel welcome and "noticed". My Curves experience has been consistently positive in all ways, from the workout to improve overall health to the social interaction with others.
I highly recommend, specifically, Curves-Richardson because the owner keeps a very up to date, clean and interactive facility with positive reinforcement for all.
