Went here yesterday and to my unpleasant surprise the gym was no longer in business. Moved out of the area for awhile but I use to love going here. Very versatile in equipment offered which attracted people of all training styles. The only thing that everyone had in common was working hard. Can anyone tell me if they are completely shutdown or just relocated?

Old school. Leave your fancy gym clothes at home (kidding, wear what you want). This place, is as Jerome wants it, result oriented. The machines are heavy duty.

Jerome is, without question, the best trainer I've ever worked with. I've spent time with many, many trainers in my lifetime. Some put their mind into it. Some put their heart into it. Few put in both. Jerome is one of the few. When you give him a shot, he gives you 100%. You'll know, after a few sessions, that he'll never quit on you. Not ever. He's a gem - period. Last point - just watch who walks through the doors during some of his sessions - TRAINERS. They know where to go to get that advance theory and elevation. When you're the trainer's trainer you've got your credentials. Zero doubt about that.
