Well, for one, do not join if you're a picky eater lol. The only things on the list I liked were chicken, tilapia, broccoli, cucumber, and lettuce, so that's basically what i lived off for most of the 6 weeks. If I had seen the food options before paying $497, I wouldn't have joined. What I learned here is that I much rather workout by myself. I regret joining and wasting $500, I only gained one pound in those 6 weeks lmao. Oh, and don't expect to get the results if you don't buy the hundreds of supplements. You're kind of forced to at least buy the protein or you will be stuck meal prepping for 7 meals a day. If you don't like people being in your business, don't join. It is required to check in on Facebook every time you go. I hate being the person to post that I'm at the gym everyday, no one cares. You also have to change your profile picture to what they tell you to. But you can solve that by making a new Facebook like I did, a new Facebook with 0 friends and no one knowing my business. So yeah, don't spend $500 when you can just spend $10/ month at Fitness Connection. "I can't workout without someone telling me what to do", its all in your head or its just an excuse to not work out. All you need is to follow workout pages on IG or Youtube. I've lost 10 pounds since I left the camp 3 weeks ago, I just hit the gym everyday and continue to eat chick-fil-a and canes lol.
