My son absolutely loves this place :) The staff is attentive and the facility is clean. TIP: Go on a Friday evening for Friday Night Friendzy!! Live DJ plays music and there are LED lights that change as you jump on the trampolines. COOL!!
Fun place. However, the price they charged me was MORE than the price shown both on the internet and on the electronic price board at the park. When I said something about that, they said they are working on getting them updated (and charged me the higher price). NOT a way to run a business!
The crew is rude.. My boyfriend was sitting in a massage chair and it had finished before he could put more money in it the guy told him that he couldn't sit there if he wasn't paying. He is a 15 year veteran. We will not go back...
Owner harassed my wife for trying to watch our son from the sides. Said that she needed grip socks and a wrist band when there were plenty of other folks watching their kids in the same area. Feel free to come here if you want to experience discrimination and harassment first hand. You might get lucky if the owner is there.

Today was our first day. I always want to patronize Richardson business, but I won't go back to this one. I didn't like that the release required my name, driver's license number, and my birth date. I wasn't even jumping. Another mother suggested putting in any numbers. It didn't work for me. I also didn't like being required to give my grand children's name and birth date. We are all too compromising with our personal data. There was no help offered by the staff.

We had a great time with our grandchildren here & it was reasonably priced with additional discounts on line.
This is a wonderful place and lots of fun for me, my mother, and my two small daughters (3 and 2). I only have two complaints: 1) Their food policy. They say no outside food and drinks, but all they sell is junk food. What if I'd rather not feed my kids junk food? My other complaint (and this is minimal) is that the rules are not always enforced. My two little ones were knocked over by rambunctious older kids a couple of times. Other than that, this is a great place! It is clean, friendly, and tons of fun!

We had a frustrating visit when they first opened, but no issues since. The equipment is in good shape and the kids love it.
This is a wonderful establishment and also a great place to be employed. The atmosphere is so positive and it is pretty challenging to not have a good time at a trampoline park! I would definitely recommend coming here and taking your kids!

The place was terrible
They had amazing trampolines but bad people working there the manger was extremely nice but her employees were awful one had a lot of sass and said that run and we were skipping and she said that we Warner aloud to. And we Warent aloud to play tag while skipping
Always here. Would love it bettee if food was served as well for convenience purposes
The place could use better organization.
First, there is only a small sign that directs you to filling out the waiver before you can purchase.
Second, the staff asks if you need socks at the time of purchase. Well if you have your own socks, it wouldn't be obvious that your socks are not good enough. They require you to have your kids wear their special socks which is fine, because they have loaners, but I didn't appreciate waiting in line twice and my kids getting kicked off the equipment because nobody said we needed their socks in particular. I already paid $40 for 3 kids for only 1 hour and then I had to pay an extra $6 for special socks. It's fine because we will be back, but as a customer I don't like wasting time on a disorganized process.
The facility is nice enough. Kind of smelly but it's the same as all gymnasiums. My only real complaint is that they should tell you upfront that their socks are required to play and do more to direct new customers.
I would give a higher rating if not for the initial process of purchasing play time. Customers need to know upfront what is expected, especially since the facility is extremely noisy and it's hard to hear the representatives.
Kids have fun but it's terrible for adults. Told my pregnant wife she couldn't bring in outside food to the rows of picnic tables. This was on a quiet Thursday night with no crowds. They don't even sell food, just drinks.
Cleaner than Urban Air and way more than Jumpsreet. You have to pay for the special jump socks but once you see the cleanliness, and realize that they can help your kids stay upright, you won't mind. Worth the $2.
Layout is far better...you can really see all your kids fairly easily. It's big but not insanely so, like Urban Air. At UA it's super easy to lose a kid. Makes me nervous. Here, my seven and two year old can jump together and employees are really watching the kids, so not worried about my two year old getting mowed down. We went on a Sat at 3 pm and it really wasn't bad at all. Lots of kids, but that's part of the fun for them. Will go back, and this is now our go-to jump place!
The place is a good size and has a lot activities like a basketball hoop, dodge ball, jousting and other stuff. On saturdays they have teen night or something so like its $17 and you get 3 hours and at 9:00 they'll call your wristband color and you can get pizza.
Spring pad area, bouce walls, basketball hoops. 3 foam pits (1 with gladiator style balance beam), 2 dodgeball areas. Plenty of tables for party/eating. Playtime goes by 30min increments. (So if you want a hour, dont be there at 2:45, be there at 2:30) Sessions end according to your child's wristband color. I had a good experience and will be returning soon.
We love this place so much. We always have the best time. So much exercise for adults and wears out the kids!!!! We loved it so much we had our son's birthday here today. IT WAS AMAZING! Lucy was our host and she's awesome! Great customer service, friendly faces, everybody is so helpful, and the party went so smoothly. Everyone that attended loved the park, they said they would definitely return. I have to admit it was a little out of my price range, but it was well worth it! Thank you for such a great birthday party!
