The store manager originally offered to let me cancel my membership for a low fee. When I tried cancelling, she imposed a heavy hidden fee that she made up, then couldn't even remember what it was when collecting it. Seemed like she was just trying to make a personal profit and was incredibly demeaning and rude. Other than the manager, the staff and facility provide a good environment.

The owner is awesome. She takes her time to know her gym members. The gym is never super crowded, so you can get in a full workout.

My favorite gym!. Whole place is super clean, the equipment is great, and the layout couldn't be better. The gym is really quiet, cozy, and welcoming. Working out here is way more fun than other gyms which are almost always packed.

Excellent facility. I don't like working out with a lot of people and this place is perfect to be able to do your own thing.

This location is by far the BEST!! The equipment is always well maintained and the staff and environment is extremely welcomeing. Kathy does a great job managing the gym and is always very knowledgeable. Would recommend this gym to everyone!

Anytime Fitness is very small. Usually you can find their fitness centre almost all over the states but they are small. Although you have to pay $50 initiation fee, they still charge you $35 monthly fee if you do 12 months contract. They offer 7 day free trial on their website but that is not true. After the first day, they kind of give you pressure to join from the next day. Looks like the 7 day free trial is for people who actually will join the club later. Considering all of this, they are very expensive and do not deliver on your money. You can find a lot of different options that are cheaper, better and offer a lot of different amenities. Do not recommend.

Smaller gym, but it does the job. It would be nice if they can squeeze in one more squat rack.

This is by far the cleanest gym I have been to. All of the work out equipment is in good shape and the layout is perfect. Above all else the staff is the friendliest and provide the best customer service. I drive 10 miles out of my way to go here.

Absolutely the best Anytime Fitness I have ever been to. I literally drive from Little Elm to be here. It is very well maintained and you can definitely tell that strong thought and consideration was put into placement and layout here. I'm a bigger guy and get anxiety at gyms, but I always look forward to and feel comfortable coming here. I met the owner Kathy on my way out today because she noticed that she hadn't met me and wanted to make sure that I felt welcomed personally. That spoke VOLUMES to me. I will definitely continue come here. Also I feel worth mentioning that I was surprised by how clean the facility always is. I make my rounds around the place and I've never once felt something looked dirty or not taken care of. Always a plus!

One of the cleanest and most hygiene gym around. Very well maintained and Kathy is really supportive.

One of the best and most comfortable gyms I've been to in Dallas, even for an Anytime Fitness branch which are generally very nice anyway. The lady who owns the place is very involved and takes great care of it. There's a personal touch to this place and everything seems thought out which makes it very comfortable and cozy for a gym. Free towel service and machines are always clean. Great place to get pumped and no one's in your way. Love the atmosphere.

Love, love, love. Every single employee at this location is amazing. They're full of energy and care. Walking in the door is like walking into a house of friends. Everyone knows you by name and is genuinely happy to see you there. It makes it fun and uplifting to go to the gym!

The lady who owns the place is very involved and takes great care of it. There's a personal touch to this place and everything seems thought out which makes it very comfortable and cozy for a gym.
