Worst experience ever. Instead of giving you a membership they just give you a trial membership for a week and renew it . don't try this .I talked to them about 6 times but they didn't fix my issue yet. So i submit a complain to Corporate .Lets See.

The day after Plano announced the shutdown of all gyms for 30 days was the day we were charged our monthly dues for the next 30 days. We are small business owners suffering through this, but we dont collect money from our customers when we cant provide the goods or services they are paying for.

It's hard to gym with a broken foot but going late helps. I love the 24 hrs option. I was there around 10 and had the run of the place.

I echo everything stated by the last reviewer.
In addition, i have noticed an increase in pushy sales tactics. The barrage of emails and VM are unnecessary. If i don't respond the first time, let it be. My main issue is with the trainers and some of the new staff.
The owner and main manager, I believe James is his name, have always been very kind and pleasant. No issues with them.

The classes were great and the instructors were excellent! It's definitely a no-frills gym - but if you love group classes like Zumba, this is your place!

Great facility and staff. The equipment is always clean and maintained. This location isn't huge as far as overall floor space and amount of equipment go, but they have everything I need for my workouts and I have rarely had to wait for equipment so no complaints there. They also offer a lot of classes here as well. I personally haven't tried the classes, but they always seem to have a good turnout so I imagine they are pretty good. I would recommend this place if you live in the vicinity and are looking for a quiet place to work out where you don't have to wait for equipment.
