Carlos was my best Yoga teacher in Texas. Then I had to move to New Jersey and worked with 6 Yoga teachers and Carlos is still the best. He broke every posture into detailed components and ensured you could do it perfectly. He was an Entertainment Director in a large resort in the past and could make the class very pleasant. He is the best ever!!! I missed him.

I've been taking classes on and off for some time and I LOVE Carlos! HE knows his stuff, professional, kind, patient and has the right level of hands on! His new studio is awesome, not that anything was wrong with the old one! I'm thankful for Carlos's practice and his prices!

Best yoga studio in the area! I tried out many studios before I found (and stayed with) Carlos. He's incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Classes are challenging and different every day, so you never get bored. His prices are BY FAR the best in DFW! Tip: Before you take your first class, call him so you can make sure you bring the right gear and attend the right class for your ability level.

The best yoga studio in Plano. Carlos is a strong teacher and will demonstrate the proper form in your practice while making it fun. He is also the best studio for beginners.
