Good place for those that want a variety of pilates mat & equiptment classes in a small group setting.
My favorite mat classes are the ball and total body pilates.
Equipment classes range from jump board to reformer to stability chair classes.
Gidget is great and tries to keep classes challenging and interesting for those that have been going to the studio for a while.
