I have been going three times per week since December and I feel so much healthier. I am getting lean and strong. I have lost about 15 pounds. I really like that the coaches motivate you and guide you through each exercise. If your goal is to be healthier, have better nutrition and habits, this is the place to be.
I have been a member of RFBBC for 7 awesome months. I already love to exercise, but they make it even better. Its 30 minutes and the time flies by. You leave there so relaxed and proud of yourself. I have gained more self-confidence in myself since joining. One of my biggest regrets is not going to college and just last week I enrolled to take some classes..This is huge for me! They support you from the minute you walk in till you leave. All the coaches and other members are wonderful and we build each other up every day. I just LOVE it and so glad I followed one of my friends to check it out!!! Its so much more than just exercise! Come see for yourself!!
I love FBBC! I've been going for two years and am still inspired and entertained by the music, the variety of workouts and the results I've seen. Tom and Katie are great and all of the coaches motivate you each and every work out. This has literally changed my life and I'm forever grateful!

Awesome place to workout they are truly passionate about helping you achieve your goals. I love that the workouts are only 30 mins and they treat you life family not just another paying member. Are you wanting to get real results? Do you want to make a change in your life? Then Richardson Fit Body Boot Camp is where you want to be! Tom and his coaching staff want the best for you and have the steps to get you there. I did their 8 week challenge for the New Years and I've loved it. They provided me with a detailed meal plan, workouts, encouragement, tips, and tricks! Yes, it can be difficult and hard sometimes, but that's what it takes. The workouts are the really the easiest part! Just come in the gym, thirty minutes total, including warm-up and cooldown. LIKE WHAT? 30 min? That's it?? Yes sir. Yes ma'am. And the help the coaches provide you with the diet to accompany those workouts will WORK. I've done it and it's proven (at least by me as you see in the pictures). Tom and his coaches here will motivate you to pursue whatever level of fitness you choose to. They let you go at your own pace, towards your own goals, and do their best to meet every need or question along the way. 100% recommend if you ACTUALLY want to make a change in your life. They have multiple promotional and deals throughout the year as well, so if you are hesitant, wait for one of them and try it out!
I have been coming here since October, and have lost 25 lbs to date (181 to 156). My body fat percentage has dropped over 6%, from 19.9% to 13.7% currently. How do I know all these stats and even how much muscle and fat I have throughout my whole body? Richardson Fit Body Bootcamp has this AWESOME Body Scan machine that is just legit. If anything, come and check that out. You might be surprised to see what you learn. Anyway, my BMI is healthy now, I am no longer considered overweight, and I love where I am with my fitness. The pictures are from the 8 week challenge I just finished so they don't even do justice to the true change in my body. You want to make a difference in your life? I HIGHLY recommend you to at least CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Seriously. I love it. Love the people, love the coaches, love the environment. Stay healthy, stay happy!

I attended the 6am class and it was not a struggle to get to because I knew how much fun each session would be. I completed my 6 week challenge successfully by losing 22 lbs. I feel so amazing. All the team was extremely supportive and motivating. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

I love every workout at FBBC! Every day is different, challenging and FUN. It is a very positive environment and everyone is so supportive. Everyone needs to invest in themselves and this is a great place to start. I feel stronger, leaner and more confident!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I came in because "boot camp" sounds intimidating! It's far from intimidating! Everyone is so nice and supportive and Tom, the owner, is extremely personable. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the results you want. The workouts are tough and change each day. They do charity events and other things that get you involved in other ways as well. This place is awesome and I'm getting results after only a month! They have a free trial for anyone who wants to try it out. If it doesn't work you aren't pressured into signing up because this place believes in doing what's best for you. Give it a try!

I love the owner operator of this gym and the environment gets me pumped. Just visiting the Dallas area for business, but I wouldn't miss out on the chance to get my sweat on with a group of positive growth driven individuals.
