My 3 year old started in January. My daughter swims daily and attends soccer and ballet. For all activities, the owners or management are super friendly and I thought that was the norm for kid activities. You know, courteous management to parents. I walked in to sign her up. The owner I met was unfriendly, simply cold. Every time I go nobody at the front desk ever greets me, my husband or the other moms. I asked some other moms and all share my perception.
Stephanie taught the first class so I looked past the filthy dirty facility, rudeness and and hot waiting area for parents. Unfortunately, Stephanie never taught the class again, rather 16 year olds taught. That would be ok if they cared and wanted to be there.
So our first session ends this month. If I return it will be due to convenience because it is en route with my kids' schedule and at the age of 3, my child just needs to bounce around. It's not to seriously learn.
It's too bad the owners don't care because other places in Friendswood, Pearland and the area commend some places and management. I don't care if these guys have been around for 20 years. They probably go for convenience like me or perhaps the older kids are viewed as real customers as opposed to toddlers. It's still called courtesy and kindness to those who pay to go to your facility, especially when your facility is the least impressive of any kid place I have ever seen.
