Too many people n not enough equipment Besides that its pretty good. Clean showers decent equipment

Wow my first time at Planet Fitness was amazing. I love how the staff enjoy working were professional and kind. I love this place I'm so excited I became a member here it feels like home . I would recommend all my friends and family members.

Might want to tweek that rule then, ALOT of us are from out of town and this town is just where we work.
Luckily i was able to change my home gym from my phone and not have to drive Hours back home to do it in person like i was told the staff, the time i tried changing my bank account info.
Original comment was, I went to this location and was denied entry due to this gym not being my home gym. I live in my truck and this is where i shower, I've been out here for months at his point and had been at this location every day without fail. This particular morning the manbun attending was more concerned in going back to leering at the girls coming in than helping me fix the issue. Turns out theres a rule they have where you cannot go to a location, that isn't your home gym, more than 10xs during the month. I was not aware of this, and non of the staff had told me anything, all I had to do was change my home gym to this location and it would be fixed. Instead of helping me out and telling me that, the guy just said i couldnt come in and it was final, to take it up with my home gym.. which is in El Paso, 4hrs away.

Gym was nice. Front desk was bad. Paid for a month pass. After a week they wanted me to pay more so i never went back. Keep your receipts.

Awesome gym, great atmosphere, come get it in I would love too see you here. Not hard to miss me cause I be going hard LoL. They have everything at the gym tanning bed not that I need one lol, massage chairs, the whole nine like I said yst amazing.

Stopped in on my lunch with safety glasses that the nose peace had come off. I was in a hurry being on break. And again i was waited on by Nitucha who was prompt and very helpful in my needs. Nitucha was very nice and quickly took care of things so I was able to get back to work before my break was up. Thanks again Nitucha for a job well done. Hope to see you my next visit.

**BEWARE EMPLOYEES CUT OFF MY PERSONAL LOCK**
Due to some bum leaving secretly stored items in top of cubby in locker with out lock if I knew that I would of not used that locker!!
Spoke to employee Tito he spoke over me telling me we can cut any lock in a emergency, we gave you a new lock... yup after going threw my locker for bums left behind items. I told him I would speak to management he said yes call them extra rude and sarcastic!

I have been to many 360, this is the worst. Water was 85 degress and so was the a/c. I urge no one to go to this gym.

Worst planet fitness ever.. I have been to several and this has to be the most cheaply thrown together mess I've ever walked into.. I have loved every one Ive ever seen but this was terrible.. tanning beds didn't want to work would actually make you cold gym equipment was everywhere not in order thrown in place and is so much smaller than expected.. I really figured odessOwould have had an awesome planet fitness this was very upsetting being I moved here for the gym opportunities.. such a let down.

The worst planet fitness I have ever been to. Employees are very rude and don't even get me started on judgement free zone. It isn't any judgement free when the employees themselves judge you and laugh at you. I have been a member at California and New York locations which was an amazing experience but odessa location is the worst experience. They are not clear with their terms and conditions and then customers have pay for it.

Worst customer service ever ! First night just wanted to sign up get going. All I got was a run around. Next day talked to manager said I wanted to pay for a year up front. She said come in talk to Diane so I did. Came in and she wouldn't let me pay for a year without having my account information and they don't do a year membership period ! So I bank with Colorado and didn't have that info but I also bank with Meta bank. Gave her that routing number and account number and she said they don't deal with that bank ! Remember I wanted to pay 100 percent of everything up front. This place sucks ! Customer service is rude. They should take a class on customer service, Better sales tactic! Have a good one PF. I will be blasting my very negative experience at the Odessa location. Been a member in Idaho and my experience there was an awesome one. !

Front desk agent isn't clear with the terms with will have you out of pocket $200 for two people. Join your neighborhood recreation center or own your own equipment. 1/3 of televisions don't work, massage table is always down, massage chair broken, and 30 minute workout area needs monitoring.

Nice place for this area. Surprisingly, roomier than the one in Midland in both the main gym area, and the dressing room. Loses a star for location.

First off, there's this one front desk girl who gives you one word answers. She's not helpful at all and she seems bothered by every person that walks in. Great first impression! I was in Odessa only for 2 weeks with my husband and I got 2 week membership for planet fitness. I worked out there ONCE. The second time I wanted to go there with my husband they told him he couldn't work out there WITHOUT AN ID!!!!! We live 20min away from the gym, no way we're going back home to get his ID and coming back to such place! The front desk lady was so unprofessional and rude! There was a guy in front of us who wanted 2 key chains for his keys and they refused to give them to him even though he has a membership there. Overall, planet fitness has some ridiculous rules for their members, not enough equipment (no medicine balls, no yoga mats, no leg press, bench press, very few free weights...), their staff in Odessa is TERRIBLE (referring to the one lady at front desk- long hair, skinny, looks like she smoked a lot of pot before work)... oh and on top of things- no refunds when you want to cancel!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
