Awesome Place Great Machines Eveything you need as far as free weights and rooms for boxing along with fitness rooms just for women also tanning and massage chairs
DO NOT GO HERE. Truly disappointed with this establishment. I will not be renewing when my contract is up and from all the reviews in here I can already tell canceling with be a challenge. If you are looking for a gym this is not the one.
I totally would NOT recommend this place. Customer service sucks, they will not cancel your account... they keep on charging your account regardless. Had to change my debit card to rid of them. They are totally helpless, have an ongoing issue with them for months and still not resolved. Waiting on a refund for months and nothing. Having to file fraud charges. Save yourself a headache and do not get their services.
This gym is very unsanitary. It disgusted me to even touch the equipment. There are gum wrappers, sweat, throw up and sticky stuff all over the equipment. It's beyond nasty that i can't even sit my phone or belongings in the cup holders bc there is so much nasty build up of debris. I'm glad i am only doing a 3 day trial as i will not be committing to a year contract at this dump in Odessa
If you get a membership here be ready to have it the rest of your life. I have called and emailed every month for 6 months and they still have not canceled my membership. I know they received my emails because I stayed on the phone with them to confirm they were getting them. The next month they claim they never got an email and continue charging me. I'm about to drive 6 hours from my new home just to cancel a membership that should have been handled months ago.
Please help me understand why the billboard sign on 16th and fm1936 in Odessa, TX from heroes says 10$mo. However, I went to obtain my membership I was charged 3 times that amount. That's false advertisement but, it worked. On a postive note, I've enjoyed my first week at Heroes the basketball court is awesome!

I need to cancel my contract.
Was told that's impossible short of moving.
The seller did not volunteer that information at the time of signing.
This is not a gym of the people.
They are a gym of the dollar.
Will never recommend to anyone.
I love this place. I feel like the gym belongs to me. The staff is great and always cleaning. Coming here is my favorite part of the day.

Management is great except for the owner. It's the owners call when things get fixed so most of the time equipment is broken for long periods of time. Wi-Fi can be down for months. With the amount of business in this place gets, there's no reason these things should happen. Dedicated gym rats leave this place for flex or paynes gym. Here new Tv's are more important than equipment.

I am Extremely unhappy, The gym its self is okay. however we had several issues with billing almost every month. long long store. however, we were Double charged yesterday, called the front counter to get it resolved and was meet with a rude rep that said i had to bring down a bank statement "showing" that we were over changed.So my wife goes down to with our "proof" and to cancel because of the treatment we received. we were charged $60 to cancel. Outrage that they would treat an unhappy customer so poorly, I called the manager to express my frustration with the situation. he offered to apply my credit and cancellation fee toward 3 mouths if we wanted to continue our membership. In the last 24 hours we have paid $135, (that is 3.5 months worth of fees),. and he only offered 3 months. REALLY?!?!?!?!!? I politely declined and stated again that we are only cancelling because of Poor Service, And felt like it was salt in the wound to charge an unhappy customer because of your mistakes. . he told me it was against company policy and there was nothing he could do. I pressed further stating that the only reason i am cancelling is because we have monthly billing issues and the fact that we had to call ABC for the duplicate charge to be refunded. at this point he said he needed approval from his district or regional manager and would call me back. its been more then 24 hours and still have not heard back. I have left 2 message.Apparently they only care about your money and once they have it they really could careless.
This is exactly why we cancelled NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,
**UPDATE** After Posting my review I was contacted by the Manager and they refunded the cancellation fee.

Facility is big. Bathroom are sometimes funky smelling. Can be overcrowded at times. Machines are jam packed in there.
Lots and lots of great Matrix equipment and trainers are awesome too!

Please clean the restrooms daily. The bathrooms here are gross.
