My wife had to go open an account for me while I was at work, Austin was so helpful! That evening when I arrived all I had to do was take a picture and he gave me a tour of the building. Very informative and was able to answer all of my questions.

I've been a member for a few years now. Great place. Great improvements recently. Clean. Plenty of equipment! Nice staff.

PF has plenty of cardio equipment and I like the 30 minute circuit. The free weight area is small, but that's not this gyms focus. No kids club, so I am glad they are open 24 hours, I can hit it super early or late.

Great environment for someone who wants to get in their workout.. Not over crowded for those who don't have time to waste & want clean, convenient & reasonably priced workouts..

Decent location, friendly staff. Very happy they got rid of all the Cybex equipment and brought in Life Fitness. The workout area is pretty good. BUT, the Locker room is in dire need of renovating. The lockers are old and beat up. There is not enough places to sit down, and not enough mirror space. They should gut the locker area and start over, mimic the other clubs.

I was a nightly regular until it got so busy they didn't have enough space to occupy the weightlifters. Now it's more of a social gathering meeting place. More talking and less working out!
Staff members are phenomenal.
The bathrooms stay clean for the most part.
The fridge is always stocked.
Tanning beds are great and always clean.

Love this Judgement Free gym... I enjoy arriving at 10 pm working out and heading home. Perfect way to end the day and unwind. The PF app is awesome for workout ideas and tracking workouts... Plenty of machines and always super clean.

Good gym for the price. They have machines and free weights. They do not have more advanced weight training items and do not market themselves as for someone who would use them. Friendly staff. Locker and weight room seem clean but tanning and massage beds do not.

Good cardio equipment, good basic free weights. Free tanning, massage beds and chairs if you get the upgraded membership. Wifi, TV's with all different channels to watch while doing cardio. Locker rooms with showers. Very clean and friendly. No sauna or pool. No towel service. Not as cheap as they'd like you to think of course, but still ok, especially if you use the upgraded membership perk to bring a friend for free.

So, I have been coming to this facility since 2011 and have never had issues until now. It is very frustrating to come work out at my regular times, the least busiest time, and I can't even get on my machines because someone is hogging it up or these new people who have signed up have shown disrespect for pc's equipment and broken it.

Very clean and welcoming environment. They have single occupancy showers with curtains so you can shower and change in private. Only thing i don't like is no free weight benches. But they have tons of dumb bells up to 100 lbs i believe. AMAZING price.

Great facility, staff, and service! This place can get busy quickly so you may need to wait a bit for equipment depending on your workout time. The staff are very friendly and keep the place clean! New equipment is a nice improvement.

I have been to the one in Seguin and that location was MUCH cleaner. I noticed here that many members do NOT clean after using the machines. Therefore I got into the habit of cleaning before and after using the machine. I tried to take a shower after my workout and all the showers smelled like a port a potty. I cringe when I come to work out.

Money is super important to me. I have to rate two stars because after my membership expired I was charged double the regular rate monthly with no reminder. I'm sure I probably signed an agreement that had it in the terms A YEAR AGO. I moved away at the beginning of June and wasn't using my membership since because I don't even have one within twenty miles of where I live.
I am getting emails asking me to sign up again. This is why I figured that the charges were due to the membership fee they charge you AT THE END OF THE YEAR. But lo, I was getting charged for a whole other round of fees at double the price for something I wasn't even using.
To cancel, you either have to do it where you signed up, or mail something in. I'm not asking for the months of charges refunded to me that I wasn't using them in. I only asked for the most recent charge, which is still pending, which means I still haven't even technically paid for the upcoming month for which I'm being charged. I'm being charged for something I'll presumably be using but in advance. Can't even refund that for me.
