I have been in Explosion for the last 4 months and believe me, it has changed my life. I started with Zumba Classes twice a week and now I am going the rest of the week for the Cardio-Fitness Class. I have lost more than 30lbs. I feel better than ever, look better than ever, and the people around me just can't believe the change. The instructors are so courteous and professional, you can always approach them for any questions without them looking funny at you. Plus it is the only place that has early bird classes for busy people like myself. Their installations are always very clean and considering that it is a dance academy or studio before anything else, they are always creating events that are fun and artsy. I would love for people to have the same opportunity to change their lives as I did thanks to Laura Contreras and her team.
