Some of the machines not working. Paper towel dispensers empty. Disinfectant spray bottles empty. Same locks on lockers means people using them as their own storage instead of only while in the gym. Most of the head phone Jack's do not work correctly. Only reason I go there is because it is close to home.

I finally canceled my membership after going there for a year. Its dirty. They always run out of towels and cleaner or the bottle doesn't work right. If a machine is broken it stays broken FOREVER. The staff doesn't care when you tell them about an issue. I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I called to cancel and talked to a guy that supposedly canceled my membership but didn't because I was still charged the annual fee. I went in to cancel and the guy who works up front didn't care when I told him about ,y issue. He canceled my membership but I'm still going to be charged for this month which he couldn't explain to me and when I asked to speak to management I sat there forever before giving up and walking out. I have called their corporate number and have been sitting on wait for 20 minuets. They suck!

I really enjoy this gym, joined about four months ago. The price to equipment ratio is great, we waited for a special and paid a twenty five cent sign up fee with no contract. It is open twenty four seven and gets busy between six and nine pm Monday through Thursday. There is all the equipment you could ever want plus black membership gets access to tanning beds and hydro massage. I am not a black membership tier so I can't give any info on that but the place is clean and the people friendly.

I will definitely tell my friends and family about Planet Fitness, it's so much bigger and has a lot more equipment to workout with. I can honestly say i have alot more motivation and im always looking forward to my next visit!!!

If I could put zero stars I would.. worst gym I've ever been apart of the manager Monica is so disrespectful talks over you she needs management training. they allow people to be on the phones taking up equipment spending over an hour on one machine... the staff.. well a few are good but most just stand around and do nothing...

Cleanest gym in town thus far! For the price and the cleanliness you can't beat it. There are no fancy classes and you will not find a lot of free weight equipment laying around. The locker rooms are clean and well kept minus the simple wear and tear of being used. The floors are clean and there is always someone cleaning something somewhere. Crowded from around 5 pm to about 10 pm I've always been able to find something available. The parking lot is not well lit but there are a lot of spots close to the front. Again, of all the gyms it has been the cleanest.

Great gym. The staff is awesome and does their best to make sure rules are followed without being rude. The bathrooms are clean with staff members regularly checking on them every 30 minutes and an hour. However the changing rooms collect water over time. The gym could be bigger but renovations are coming soon.

this gym is one of the worst of all they just want to steal your money... the customer service is the worst...if i can give 0 star i will .. I regret .. Soo peoples .. Go and find other gym ... The manager is the worst.. She dont manners to speak... ..

The Midland location is fairly close by and not too crowded in the mornings I visit. I just wish members would not hog a machine when they HAVE TO RIGHT NOW take or place a cell call, text, message, look something up on their cell. Especially when they are on one of a kind machines.

Was needing a gym membership while Im here for work, since they don't have a Gold' s Gym here in town. Absolutely horrible customer service. People were horribly rude and inconsiderate. Worst gym I've ever been to. To say the least I was there 5 mins and walked out after no one having time to help me. Very disappointed.

I joined after a heart attack. Soon realized how much i had missed working out. After years of driving truck. I feel great now to lose cpl inches after quiting smoking. Black card is way to go. Been to pf in 12 states and all over texas.

Gym is ok, but if you need to cancel your membership - well good luck. I have shown up in person three times to cancel - only to be told there is one specific employee that does cancellations and that mysterious person is never there or available. I was told he was there once, but with another client and I waited over 30 minutes and he never became available. I have written a letter requesting cancellation (not a certified letter unfortunately) and nothing happened. That was over 2 months ago. I have tried to call a few times over the past 2 days to ask for the manager's name, but just get a message that says all employees are busy and I should come to the gym in person if I have an urgent matter. Otherwise, try back later. Customer service is obviously not a concern with this gym.

I really like how it's not always busy, but I just wish there was extra room to create a "dance room" for Zumba, ect. Either way, I love the environment Planet Fitness presents to their customers :)

I love the total body enhancement machine, the massage tables and chairs and access to tanning! I find it extremely convenient that there are two of every weight machines and several bikes & ellipticals. I also love that if we elect to, we can have a fitness trainer. The BEST thing I like is that we can bring a guest for free! That is how I decided to purchase my own membership. I was a free guest of my mother who is a member. Now I take MY daughter and as soon as she can afford it, (new job) she too will be getting her own black card membership!!

Gym is nice and clean. I hate the fact they dont have a scale to weigh yourself. The staff here aren't that familiar with equipment and the one trainer who is there isn't available on the weekends and comes a different times each day.

I love this gym. They have a great combination of free weights, aerobic equipment and machines, and a great stretching area with new pads. The floor is rubberized, so you don't even really need the pads. The staff are super friendly. You cannot beat the price of this gym, either! This gym is definitely geared towards the average guy and gal who want to stay fit or get back in shape; not for people who want to get super big and compete. There are no barbells or weight stacks, just dumbbells, machines, treadmills, bikes and places to do body weight exercises and circuit training. There is a personal instructor if you need help with a program. If you want tanning, massage and other similar services, it's available, but there's an up charge and you get what's called "black card" membership.
