I have been involved in some type of personal training for several years and crossfit for the last 2 years. I have had some mobility issues holding me back, but Brandon has helped me work through those. I have made great strides in the last few months with front squats, cleans, overhead squats.....
I would recommend Brandon to anyone, whether for personal training or crossfit! Thanks for all your hard work Brandon!!!

I have been going for almost 5 months and have already met several of my fitness goals! I have trimmed off 12 pounds and 17 inches! My "bat wings" are almost gone!

This is my first experience with crossfit, & I couldn't be more thrilled with it. I've been a member for 6 months, & thanks to the coach and his workouts, have seen a lot of improvements in my strength. Being surrounded by other members who encourage and support one another is just an added bonus!
