The whole staff has always been so understanding & awesome through my whole signing up process. The gym is absolutely huge and there is so much space to get in a good workout! Love this location!

There is so much equipment to use that getting a workout in is never a problem. The staff is kind and courteous. It is always a pleasure to come in get my work out on and leave satisfied knowing the staff will address any concerns or questions I may have. Monica especially is always a pleasure to interact with. She is friendly, courteous mild-mannered, and very professional.

This gym is packed all the time, it's not good if you want access to any equipment, BUT you really get a sense of the mesquite community and it's just kind of cool. Hard to cancel contract. But this place is cheap and has EVERYTHING except a pool. All the equipment in the world. And it's usually all in good working order. Except people tie the straps to much

I love the gym itself that is no doubt it's big it's beautiful plenty of machines to work with. What I don't like is the fact that I go charged twice for my yearly fee and the people who work at the gym kept telling me to call a 1800 number and I had to show them proof of my bank statement that I got charged twice I had to waiste time of my day to fax it to them to show them they charged me twice and I had already paid for my yearly fee and it has been over 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money. So I am disappointed in this gym very very ANGRY that I had to go through this so be careful signing up with this gym I don't recommend it! They were not responsible on their part!

great gym with plenty of options for free weight and machines! very convenient how fit factory is next to the gym with lots of healthy options, supplements & meal plans. front desk girls are very friendly especially nataly!

The gym is fine but the will rip you off. They have a annual membership fee they done tell you how much it is or when they are going to take out your account. And their cancelation process is set up to take more money

I would give it a 5 star but only problem is that the check in girls are very unprofessional especially the girl named Natalie. She is always finding a way to make my check in difficult. And when you confront her she looks at you in an ugly way. They need to fix the way they train the girls when greeting people in.

Be Careful when you sign up for Fitness Connection. If and when you try to cancel your membership they will not allow you do it in the gym where you open your membership and you cannot cancel it online. Guess what you have to send a certified letter to Houston. Even then they will not record your cancellation unless you keep calling them with your certified letter tracking information. They will tell you it takes 3 weeks but believe me they received mine on June 22, 2018 and cancelled my membership July 31st. They also took the yearly fee- Surprise no refund for this and they charged for for the August membership fee on top of this!!! In addition to this my family was canceling 3 memberships and they only cancelled 2. It took me calling 2 more times to get the third membership cancelled and that did not happen until Aug 9.
This company has issues and it will affect your pocketbook.
The gym in Mesquite is nice but I was not using so why pay for something that I was not using.

Felt like joining a gym and fitness connection seemed like a great. When I first walked in it the thing that struck me was cleaniness of the place. The second was the friendly staff. They have an a area for kids as young as 3 months. The kids area was also very clean. They have a womens only area which is awesome. Classes such a zumba and body pump are included in membership price. I did in fact sign up and will report back about my first workout.

Really good gym, I've been going for over a year and it's the best bang for your buck out of all the gyms in the area. While theres aren't any pools or steam rooms there is a dry sauna and a variety of free weights and machines. Also there are often events that lower the required down payment.

Sounds like a great deal but you get what you pay for. They duplicated a membership, took $20 extra dollars, never fixed the issue, had to block them from drafting my account. Told me I can still come in while they fix the issue, denied me entry anyway, to this day still not refunded and membership is still duplicated. Customer service wont help, GM wont call back. And their personal trainers are a separate company and they're a joke!!! Suuuuucks

I found a gym that was closer and attempted to cancel my membership here. They will not accept phone calls, emails, or in person cancellations. They will claim that your membership is month to month but then require you to send your cancellation request by certified mail to a seperate location and wait thirty days for processing. Meaning they will charge you at least once more before they end your "month to month" agreement. This place is a scam.

For $10 a month for a membership gym? Ah yes highly recommend it plenty of new equipment, and open 24 hours. If you could open half a day kids club on sundays that would be fantastic!! Please :'(

Great gym, one of the best I've been to. All of the staff are helpful, it's always clean, and the machines all work! Most of all it's affordable.

Awesome equipment and layout. Crowd is a mix of casual and intense training. Not intimidating, motivating and cool. They have a partial Ninja Warrior/CrossFit training section.

I came all the way from Florida for business, I work out all the time and have not been able to because of work and you know once you have missed 2 to 3 days of the gym u start to get the itch. I signed up for the 5 days trial and because I'm not a resident of Texas I was not able to take advantage which is understandable, Joseph the manager with the tattoo on the right side of his neck told me "well if you would have read your email you would have seen that only residents can come here", I asked "how much is it for a day pass" he replied " you have to get a membership for the whole month which is 22 dollars a month" as I was standing there FOR 5 SECONDS trying to think about what to do he just walked away to his office his professionalism was horrible and he is obviously just there to get a pay check.

One of the best gyms in the area. Clean. Plenty of equipment. Even if it's really crowded there is still something to do. Best price for everything that they offer.
