An awesome workout! I first went to Barney & Me with a slight interest in the sport and have loved every minute of it! Barney's a terrific coach who really cares about all his boxers. If you are even considering boxing, or a good workout, you should DEFINITELY stop by Barney & Me Boxing Gym!! Its truly a fantastic gym, it's a crown jewel of McKinney.

Very rude with no manners. Doesn't give any feedback to people training. Called a few months ago regarding pricing and was told over the phone it would have to be discussed in person. Plenty of other gyms in the Dallas area with people who actually welcome potential members

Barney is a great coach do not listen to the bad reviews I was pretty close to the Coach and I moved a way and couldn't attend anymore but I'm back ! He is tough but that's the only way to become both strong physically and mentally.

I called just to ask about prices. Barney was unbelievably rude to me. In addition he wouldn't give me a straight answer on prices. People let kids train with this guy? Wow. I'll go elsewhere.
He made sure to tell me all his credentials while chewing me out for asking a question. Believe me I will never forget that Barney IS NOT ONLY THE COACH HE IS THE INTERNATIONAL COACH! Good for you big guy. Won't be paying you to chew me out and be insecure 5 days a week. As for how good of a coach he is, who knows. I'm not waiting around to find out.
