Crossfit Reinvent is a great place to get a great workout. I have done crossfit for over 3 years and been working out at Crossfit Reinvent for a year and half. I love it here. The coaches and members are great and supportive. Coach Danielle and Jay have a great knowledge of fitness, form, and technique. If you are looking for a great place to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle or whatever your fitness goal is, this is the place to be!

As a law enforcement officer, I constantly have other people, both civilian and peer, that rely on my physical ability on a daily basis. Crossfit has been my work out method of choice and over the last two and a half years, I have competed at a local, regional, as well as state level. Upon moving to McKinney a year or so ago, it was no longer economical to travel to my old gym so I checked out several gyms in the north metroplex area (Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney), and honestly after one visit I knew I was going to set up shop at Reinvent.
Danielle, the owner, and her partner in crime Jay make you feel welcome from the jump. Honest and reassuring, Danielle has not only become my personal weightlifting coach, but I have seen exponential gains under her tutelage since coming back from ACL surgery in June of 2014. To her credit as a motivator, my fiance Alyssa has resisted working out as, according to her, she "Does not possess an athletic bone in her body." She finally gave in and now she joins me now at Reinvent everyday and her success is just one more feather in Danielle's cap. The entire Reinvent community will welcome you with open arms so drop on by for a workout and meet everyone, I am glad I did
