I have just recently joined. But so far the experience has been fantastic. The only pressure to perform harder is on me. The coaching is centered around building endurance, stamina, and strength, WITHOUT injuring yourself in the process.

The knowledge of the instructor is fantastic. He has provided me with tips I can perform at home to help with sleep, headaches, and he is GREAT to veterans. I recommend ALL vets interested in either staying in shape or getting back in shape talk with this guy.

I'm a busy single mom who has struggled in the past to stay consistent and motivated in my exercise routine. This gym is family oriented with family values. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable about injury rehab. I had debilitating hip pain but saw improvements within just a few months. He's also extremely passionate about helping his clients reach personal fitness goals. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I really enjoy working out with Dustin at Crossfit Reemerge. He's got a great approach to building workouts that prove to be effective. I have seen results after a few months that I would have never thought I would have achieved previously.

As a military service member, I needed a way to keep fit, without the same old, tired exercises the U.S. Army is known for. Dustin changes things up, and not knowing the next day's WOD activities shocks my body.

He also focuses on real-life movements, because he knows that we all want to see real-life results, and probably won't ever compete in The Crossfit Games.

Great gym! Encouraging environment where the staff are focused on making sure you don't get hurt. Dustin is extremely helpful with corrective exercise and diet. Highly recommend.
