This is one of the best Anytime gyms i've been too. It is always clean and the staff is super friendly. If you are looking for a trainer then be sure to talk with Alan Meier there -- he really knows his stuff.
Been coming here for over a year now. The owners are great people, the facility is always clean and feels safe, and I love that I can access it whenever I need. I've come in both late at night and early in the morning and it always feels like a great place to work out. Highly recommend!
Love this gym! Always clean and equipment is well maintained. All the members are kind and encouraging, especially, the owner, Ian! I cannot say enough great things about Ian. He has been training me for the past few months, and I have noticed huge differences. He is motivating, holds me accountable, personable, funny, and KNOWS HIS STUFF! I love this gym!! I have been coming here since it opened back in 2015. The staff(Ian and Jessica) is great and the selection of workout equipment is phenomenal! Highly recommend this place!

This is a great gym. Sufficient for all fitness levels and always clean and well maintained. Ian the owner is fab and makes an effort to know and encourage each member. I have been using him as a personal trainer since Oct and seen vast improvements and he's a huge part of that. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym that feels more like home than the giant megagyms that are out there. They are awesome!!

Great smaller and slower paced gym. Came here seeking an alternative to the overcrowded fitness connection in Allen. Ian the owner is great and prices are reasonable. Much more personable and friendly place to work out. Decent equipment selection. Shower rooms are clean. Exactly what you're looking for if you're tired of the crowds.

Clean and well-kept gym. Equipment is kept up to date. Great location with a lot of natural lighting. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Always a good, positive experience at this gym!
