New location is great. Bigger space with some new equipment. All trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Gym is always clean and never to busy. Great gym and atmosphere to focus on your fitness goals.

Visiting family in McKinney for a week and wanting to keep up my exercise routine, I emailed Empire and got a quick reply that I could have a week's guest pass for a very reasonable fee. The trainers are friendly, the space is clean, and the equipment is first rate. I highly recommend this business!

Great facility to get your training in. Top notch trainers that are knowledgeable in what they teach. I don't see too many people messing around in this gym. When im here, I see people grinding getting there pump on. Clean and Friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I cant say enough! I drive from Murphy Tx just to come to Empire 6 days a week. Great atmosphere, CLEAN, plenty of great working equipment and staff that treat you top notch!! By far my best experience to date with gyms! Great trainers, great boxing classes and much more. You are doing yourself a favor to give Empire a try!

There are many wonderful things to be said about this gym! I personally have been a part of various corporate gyms and I now am a part of Empire Fitness - an affordable, local gym that is big enough to hold group classes. It's a large enough facility to support the busier times of the day for all of the members. - BUT, the gym is small enough to appreciate the direct access to all questions and concerns from the OWNER HIMSELF! There is no time consuming process you have to complete with HR or "overhead". The staff is all extremely helpful and attentive. They're full of positivity and high energy. I highly recommend this gym to EVERYONE!

This gym was good before they absorbed another gym that went out of business. After that it became too crowded. The last time I went was because there was a guy in the smaller utility room who blasted his profane rap music which made me super uncomfortable. There were kids climbing over the equipment many times I went but I haven't been back in a few months. Really wished I had not signed up for a year contract.

It's a smaller gym but you there isn't really anything missing as far as equipment goes. There is a single restroom/stall for each sex and a shower.
It does get hot inside the gym during the summer which may turn some people off (burns more calories though).
What really sets this place apart is it's awesome prices, 24/7 access and best of all their extremely knowledgeable staff. Everyone that is a trainer to the owners are all competing bodybuilders. There is no doubt they know what they are doing. Even better is they are all very friendly and approachable.
If you're serious about working out this is definitely the place to go.

Dropped in for a day (here in McKinney for work) and liked the old school look of the place, however their benches gave me fiberglass buttocks. Do not go to this gym. I now have fiberglass in my car seat and am out $5.
