I like the teacher there. They all really nice and professional. And the palace is clean with nice staff. The only thing that I want to say is sometimes the room is not hot enough for me may be it just me .

The yoga they practice here is really great and so are the teachers. From the minute I signed up to the minute I left, they made me feel like part of the family. I am leaving town, which if why I left but will miss this place dearly.
I absolutely love Sunstone! I have been going to classes here for almost 3 years now. I love the results of my workout every time I attend class. The teachers are also very kind and respectful. I HIGHLY recommend this studio for anyone who wants a great variety of yoga and fitness classes.

Go for awhile and you will see the benefits, both mentally and physically. The McKinney location is great because the classes are never too packed, and the instructors are great about giving you the guidance you need. They make a real effort to know everyone who comes through their doors. Long story short, try it! It's awesome!
Great studio and nice teachers. I travel nearly an hour to get here and they have a great offering of classes from early morning to late evening. Worth the drive for sure. I love the opportunity to visit and practice at different locations where I may be working. THANKS SUNSTONE for a great place to practice healthy, no pain yoga.
