Great atmosphere. Clean. Dan makes each person feel special. Much better then Pt. Stays with you and makes sure each exercise is done correctly so you get the full benefit of your workouts.

Very good gym! Not a regular gym it is attendant by the owner who is a rehab expert it is great for people that really want to see results

I LOVE THE GYM!!! Dan Judge has to be the most knowledgeable trainer in his field. I really enjoy going to my workouts with him every morning. The Gym is meticulously kept and the equipment is one of a kind, he has machines you will not find in any other gym. My husband and I feel grateful to have found The Gym and to have met Mr. Dan Judge, he has to be the kindest guy in the business. There should be no other gym in Mckinney!!

This is a great gym, the equipment is state of the art, no waiting ever. Dan does a great job with personal training and helping his clients achieve their goals. Without question, the best gym I have ever joined!
