I never write reviews, but this place is definitely review worthy. Awesome facility I love the energy.! Well equipped for all of your training needs. This is definitely my strength haven of choice. Owners and coaches very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Also, some of the nicest people I've ever met. The patrons here are kind and considerate. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this place. Check it out for yourself. Thank you, VPR Gym Keep up the excellent work! Love y'all.!
VPR GYM is amazing. Amazing facility, excellent equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. We will continue going. Thank you for everything that you do for all of us.
Love, love, love my Gym!. Can't say enough about the trainers, commeratity, and results. Lots of support and lots gains, both physically and personally. Highly recommend VPR if you are seriously looking to become fit and strong. No crazy crowds. No slackers. The best gym ever!!!!

VPR is a great place to get the training you need to succeed. The trainers are very knowledgeable and always willing to help you. VPR is not a typical gym, it is one of a kind. The members of the gym may have different goals such as bodybuilding, strength training, conditioning but the trainers have the same goal to help us achieve those goals.

Awesome gym! The atmosphere of VPR is so welcoming, the staff is awesome and the trainers are very knowledgeable. If you want an old school type of gym feel this is the place to go!

Since I've been here I've gotten nothing but the best treatment , amazing workouts !! Vpr is the go to place for training!

I've been going to this gym for a year now. It's a true gym that focuses on a variety of different trainings. Personally I was done with the gyms of today. Then I met Mike. His experience and complete training has not only taught me, but brought life back into the thing I love. The only gym that's worth going to in the Valley!

Great place to work out and get results. Trainers are awesome and help you get where you need to be. They plan workouts that work for you. They also create a meal plan and give one on one trainings.

Coach is great, takes the time to show you and guide you. This was what I had been looking for, and found it @ VPR. Highly recommend it for everyone!

VPR gym is a place for people of all levels and abilities who are serious about reaching their health and fitness goals. As a member of the gym, I have to attest to the fact that VPR is an environment where I really believe everyone is treated with the utmost care, we learn the best training techniques and our trainer is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness.
VPR is not a gym where you'll find people socializing and standing around on their phones; it's a place where people really immerse themselves in their training. But don't let that intimidate you, what I love most about VPR is that you can walk in as a complete stranger to the world of fitness and feel just as comfortable as someone who has been working out for years.
At VPR, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. In my opinion, VPR truly gives you value for your money. Come join us!

VPR Gym is a very good place to workout. You will not find your typical gym atmosphere here. The training is very professional and knowledgeable. The trainer is there watching every exercise you do, and teaches you the proper techniques to avoid injury and maximize your workout. The workouts are not boring and you will see a different workout routine almost every month or so. You will get a full body workout/conditioning. There is no need to worry about egos here; everyone here helps and pushes each other through every workout. If you want to gain muscle, lose some weight, and just become a stronger, leaner you... Go by, you won't be disappointed.
I started at VPR to learn how to weight lift. I never had a proper education in proper form and proper execution. Mike helped teach me, and pushed me to excell. VPR is the personal experience you're searching for without the personal trainer fees.
