Loved It!! The staff is great. The classes and the instructors is awesome.

Was in town on a business trip and was able to work out here. Staff were friendly and courteous. Gym felt small but could be cause of the double story and peak time. Had all the amenities you could ask for.

Management should be restructured, Kim is nothing but rude & the general manager neglects exposed nails in saunas, the gyms filthy ventilation, broken equipment, nonfunctional treadmills and stairmasters. They both consistently fail to address the issues of its gym members. Put in place management that takes care of business, not managers that spend 80% of their time in offices. If you are looking to join a comfortable gym environment, think twice about this one!

Ive recently joined about 2 and a half weeks ago and since joining ive felt great each time i go i feel welcomed the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recomend joining if u are serious about getting in shape and wanting to feel comfortable doing it great enviorment!

I signed up my son for their summer camp and he loved it! I liked that I didn't have to be a member to sign him up. During that time, everyone was friendly and always greeted me when I walked in.

It's always been clean old and new management. It's always been too hot in there. I have to leave because of it. Turn it down 5°. I give it 4 stars before the new management and personnel. Now it's badly in need of new personnel. Get rid of kim. And machines have been broken for 5 weeks and you don't get any response from the office. Several treadmills and a few bikes do not work. The new matrix treadmills are not as good as the precor. TV screens too high, decline none. 5 weeks and counting guys. Fix them.

Great gym. Less than three mins from my home. Nice equipment. I'm not to crazy about the cardio setup upstairs. I do appreciate their 50% of protein shakes daily from 1-3PM.

Good gym, nice staff, good music. It gets pretty crowded in the mornings but clears up in the afternoon and gets busy after 5.

Great atmosphere! Very friendly staff! Classes are great! Occasionally a machine or two may be down but the staff is pretty good about taking care of it. Facility is always clean. Lockers are battery powered and allow you to type in your own code, however many of them have been dead for awhile now. Other than that great experience over all.

Ive been training with Alex for a couple of months, the impact on my life has been amazing. Not only am I seeing positive changes in my body, but his great personality has helped trigger my focus on my workouts, and utilize the gym as an outlet to help deal with anxiety. His attention to detail when training has taught me more in these few weeks than the past two years since I started my fitness journey. I moved further from the pharr gym but am willing to make the drive because of great people like him at this gym.
