Having started months back I can't believe the things that I am able to do. Let me start with what I couldn't do for example getting down on the floor without the help of others, would not be able to stand up more than 5 minutes, couldn't get enough air to breathe after walking more than 5 minutes, jump up in the air, jog, etc. Guess what I can do push ups, jog, planks, can work out 30 minutes, things that I never thought I could. And more than anything I'm losing weight, blood pressure controlled, diabetes under control, and I can dance, dance. I'm so excited on the adventure I'm taking with the best gym in the state, McAllen Fit Body Boot Camp. I will continue to keep you up to date with my accomplishments & new adventures.
