Worst trufit I've ever been to. So disorganized ,equipment is thrown everywhere and scattered. Gym layout is pretty bad and inconvenient. The machines and free weights are fine gets the job done but still looks like a freedom fitness not to standard with Trufit.

This is the most inexpensive gym. The only things i don't like is that they close on weekend nights, which is something they can fix by just leaving one attendant. Many of us have worked graveyard shifts on weekends. Someone has to take one for the team in any business. Also they sometimes take really long to fix broken machines.

First time signing to a gym and this happens, I have a double account!!!. System made 2 accounts with my name and same day of the registration! My fiance is the one paying 3 accounts!!! since he has one already. We have been calling for the refund of that 2nd account with my name that is just absurd. They promised to him to refund his money (monthly payments and annual fee) back but they even suggested to use that money for other months in our memberships, like no sir! We want our money back. No help at all, calls doesnt work and my fiance went twice to speak with a manager and nothing, even the assistant manager ignored him. This is a fraud! Paying a second account you didnt create and taking off money in both ways because you need to pay for cancellation of something you have never created!!!!! They charged him August and now September! He called since the beginning to fix that and nothing.

Great Gym, plenty machines for those rush hour of people, ideal size, great instructors and awesome place to distress.

As a business owner I believe customer service is everything. I am trying to make a payment for the last 2 weeks with 3 different employees on at 2nd St but nobody can resolve my issue. Then and I went to talk to the manager who I do not know his name. It is an African american guy ( I am not racist just so you know who he is and avoid him. He said if I can not wait and be patient I am welcome to leave. In another words I was kicked out because I was honest and making a payment??? Really? He is totally rude and unprofessional. He is there to help the customers not to kick them out. I am glad he does work for my company.

Horrible experience ever since it became Trufit! I'm in Washington State trying to cancel my membership for over 3 months already and have had NOOOO answers! Can't wait to get back to Texas and have Channel 5 view my case! I know I'm not the only one!

Nice and clean. All the machines are working and they have a great staff. Very friendly and attentive. Great place to get a good workout.

Member for a year. Great price with no contractual commitment. Quality of Service varies though and staff is rarely attentive to people when we walk through the door. Besides the dirty restrooms, machines that never get fixed, and other gym goers dropping weight and grunting loudly, the last straw for me was when another patron spit near a machine as he was walking by. If you all you need is a quick and dirty workout this is the place. Other gyms offer more value for the same price though. Going to be taking my money elsewhere.

Staff friendly, helpful and profession alot of the equipment needs repair....let's hope the new owners - TruFit - gets it back in shape as we get in shape
