Always a great time when I get myself into the hot studio
I LOVE the Yoga Project. I've been going to classes here for 4+ years and I've never been disappointed. The owners and instructors take great joy in bringing yoga practice to the community. The standard Flow classes are 75 minutes in a heated/humidified room. Every class is different. TYP also offers Yin Yoga classes and weekend Workshops. Classes and membership plans are very affordable (I pay $10/class with the package I purchase). Discounts are offered for teachers and students. TYP has a very loving and supportive client community. I've been to yoga studios elsewhere, all over the country, and nothing compares to TYP.

The time they spend learning and growing so that we can reap the benefits in their teaching, is truly something to brag about. I love the atmosphere and friends I make. There's always positivity in my yoga class and that allows me to take that with me when I leave.

I really enjoy the variety of teachers at the Yoga Project Fort Worth. The location is divine against the Trinity River and next to the fabulous food truck park! I have taken four classes there so far and I have never been disappointed. The teachers are friendly, professional and helpful. There is plenty of room and I always feel great afterwards. Wonderful studio - bright & clean space filled with a warm, welcoming community. Classes are challenging and fun & they offer lots of interesting workshops. I love the variety of teachers!
