Dropped in for my first CrossFit experience while visiting from out of town. Great place. I felt very welcomed and comfortable even as a newbie. I will be going back.

Gym is clean and has plenty of room and equipment. Coaching is awesome. I would highly recommend this place for anybody at any level. I was a drop-in and felt totally welcome.

Perfect environment to get the most perfect results! I showed up to one class and boom! I was hooked! Great people and a great atmosphere of positive reinforcement. It's the best gym in the hub city!

Love this place! I am somewhat new to crossfit and Tanner has totally helped me get up to speed. Great location, awesome gym and very cool members.
