I've been working out here for about 13 years. I was the training manager for 7. I still think it's the best deal in town. Bodyworks bought it out, which sucks, but I still prefer to lift here over anywhere else. I do wish they still had daycare. I think turning that room into a woman's only area was a mistake. The real lifters, women or men, are all on the floor together. We do have kids, though. And they won't let them sit in the foyer anymore. It's a novelty. Drop that room and bring daycare back.

I joined here 2 months ago. It's a good place with lots of equipments and also a seprated part for women. However, the termination of membership is a nightmare! You cannot terminate your membership , they need proof my health issues or movement and they charge you around 100$!

I definitely recommend this gym. I'm so happy I was told about this gym. I had an awesome workout using their unique equipment. I was able to get in and get out. It was a little crowded but I was able to workout around it.

If I could give no stars I would, the people working here are rude and I've been hung up on every time I try to call to get my membership resolved. They just say call customer service and give you the run around. Don't go here.

24/7. Membership required. Good variety of machines and workout spaces. Machines are fixed quickly. Had a women-only area (ok, less variety in machines).

I visited this location on a weekend early in the morning. it had a variety of machines and cardio equipment. I did not explore the entire gym but it was well kept and quite. It was not crowded and i did not have to wait for someone else to finish they workout for it the equipment to be open.

This is a great gym. Everything you need to get in shape or reach a specific goal, bodybuilding ext.... price is great also. Not over paying for a gym. Great price.

No its not the biggest gym or fanciest equipment, but price is right lots of good people there to help and everything you need to get it done. The contract thing is true but be responsible and know that there are stipulations to any contract...There is a trainer there named Brian who is always willing to help and encourage..I have had tremendous success there.
