Just got charged 40$ a month later after cancle all they can say is sorry about that man! It's a sorry place and steals your money let me recommend a better place proflex! Better equipment better staff and you dont have 2 give free money! Plus side no kids!

I cancelled my membership on their contact page like I was told. Not only did they NOT CANCEL my membership but they took 2 more months out of my account and a $30 fee. They claim they never got my email the previous month, but got the one this month. Yet they still charged me $41.81 altogether after I canceled and they refuse to refund me my money. They also accused me of emailing the wrong address....what the geniuses didn't realize is I used the EXACT form every time. Beware they will not cancel when you want and they will continue to take money and not refund the money they take from you.

Great gym. Equipment was in pretty good shape. One multi-use gym has had a cable on order since last Nov., but other than that I have no complaints. Staff is friendly and is quick to answer any questions you may have. Membership is very competitive to other gyms.

Was disappointed after i joined for spray tan machine and it was constantly broken . I was told i could cancel anytime. Took the proper procedures ti cancel comtract . i thought all was well until i got a bill 6 months later for almost $3000

I'm not a gym person at all, but gymbox is great. The Piyo classes are by far my favorite, and the main part of the gym feels much more welcoming than other ones in the area. The amenities are always clean, and the front desk is always friendly when I go in. Great service, great classes, great everything. Highly recommend if you're a long term gym goer, or just starting out.

Great and energetic atmosphere! Customer service has been proven to be paramount at GYMBOX! Equipment is extremely clean despite the huge clientele! I believe their staff is greatly evaluated as the customer service is generally consistent.This is my home gym (attended on and off through last 2 years due to jobs), and I've been a member of this gym since 2013! Growth is wonderfully seen year round at GYMBOX in Longview, Tx!

My family lives here! I made the decision to start coming when my baby was old enough to stay in the daycare (5months, and our son was 1yr). I was coming off the heels of post partum depression, heavy alcohol abuse to cope, and desperately needed something to change so I could feel normal again. I gained 73 pounds through my pregnancies and just didn't feel like me anymore. I started coming 6 mornings a week for an hour at a time. I first met Jonathon and David at the front. David somehow always knows the right pep talk to give without you even telling him you need it. I've gone there on days that I felt hopeless and somehow in five minutes of sitting at the smoothie bar, my whole outlook was changed. Jonathon has offered a friendly face and conversation every day that we've seen him in the past year and some months. Our kids live for his high fives and fruit dispensing abilities. Both of them are truly good people and really made all the difference for both my husband and myself. The energy is unmatched. Everyone wants the best for eachother, whatever that is for them. I started in November 2016, and lost my 73 pounds of baggage (including anti depressants and daily drinking) I was carrying by January 2017. We use the VIP membership which includes daycare. It's worth every penny. My kids have a blast every time, all the girls in there are great and are so good with all the babies. My daughter turns 2 in June, my son turned 3 in February, and everyone there has become apart of our lives. Gym box truly is a lifestyle and if you trust the process and give everyone a chance, you can live this happy too.

Quiet honestly I never give reviews on anything but, after the way I was treated this morning by an employee named DAVID I decided to express my opinion!! I know it will do no good for this complaint but, guess what Mr. David I'm a grown woman, not some chiild you can talk down to!! That is the way you treated my daughter and I this morning like a child and that sir is very unprofessional!! The letting people call ahead to reserve a tanning bed, the letting your favorite customers behind the desk to come get the cleaner to clean their own beds and the ignoring me when you know I'm waiting on a bed that's empty. To the threatening me today and bascially calling me illiterate. That sir is not acceptable!! I wish I could speak to the owner of Gymbox but, I know even that probably wouldn't do any good if you're willing to employee people like David!! So people if you want to be locked into a year of poor customer service this is most definitely the place for you!! Sadly, I have to even give this place a 1!!!

Collin and mat make the best shakes. Place is a nice friendly sasfw place to work out. It's hella cheaper then any other place in Longview. Dump anytime fitness.

I LOVE working out here. Its a great place with tons of equipment. The staff is great!! David is always ready to help, give advice and he is ALWAYS in a good mood. .my only issue is with the daycare area and staff. They are never friendly. They are on their phones all the time. And they all seem to wish they were doing something else. My kids are always ready to go. When i have to take my kids and use the DAYCARE i try and get in and out as soon as possible.

Awesome place to work out, really nice staff members and very clean. Also has a daycare and sauna room with tanning beds as well. Very reasonable prices and it's the best gym I've been to.

Let me give you a list of lies I was told.

1. No contract when you sign up because we have this great special going on!
2. Only $10 a month.
3. Called in to cancel my membership and they didn't cancel it! When I asked why they said we don't do that. Told them what happened and they have the record showing I called in and talked to said employee, but " she knows we don't do that so if she says she didn't do it then we believe her.
They caused me to bounce because of this and I asked for my money back. They told me no because they believe their employees no matter what even though they have proof I called in when I told them I did. I told them that I was going to starve this week because of it and was told "no your going to starve because you signed up for a membership you couldn't afford." That's why I called to cancel it in the first place!!!! Customer service is horrible. They are so desperate for money they have proof and still will believe an employee over proof.

Its my gym,been a great place to work put and get motivated! Been there for 3yrs now. Planing on more yrs there - free weights,calibrated weights,sauna,gym floor routine space with everything you can imagine,massage chairs,tanning and smoother bar with extras. What else could you need?!

GYMBOX is an excellent gym. There are a ton of machines and everyone is super friendly there. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
