Friendly and helpful Staff. Visited this place while visiting family in Laredo. Relatively small place, but the equipment is very well picked out. I particularly enjoyed the Arsenal leg equipment, which is rare to see in gyms.... more

I wanted to know about my membership and nobody helped me till they told me it was cancelled I'm glad it got cancelled because I was tired to keep paying their also nobody helps you their rude and don't even try help you very small and equipment always busy !!.... more
Always a great atmosphere... plenty of machines for strength training, cardio and free weights...and friendly staff... Great prices as well.. Becuse you find evriting to exercise and all the help you.... more
