Friendly and helpful Staff

Visited this place while visiting family in Laredo. Relatively small place, but the equipment is very well picked out. I particularly enjoyed the Arsenal leg equipment, which is rare to see in gyms. The weekly price is very fair. Staff was friendly as well.

Bar none the best gym in Laredo. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You will achieve whatever fitness goals you set for yourself with the help of their excellent equipment, personal trainers and a variety of different training programs they offer. No other gym in Laredo comes close

The gym is okay, staff is friendly. I dont like that i got charged an annual fee even though I just signed up 2 months ago. To expensive for what is givin...at least for the men side.

Love this gym and the atmosphere..
The machines are a little bit too closed but nothing to worry

I like to go to the gym and it's a nice one at a cheaper price. I feel that they can improve on their cleanliness (primarily in the bathrooms, locker area and showers) and to not have so many machines out of order. I'll be posting pictures of the issues I'm bringing up and I'll update my review when I see a change.

Very enjoyable fitness place, the staff is nice and helpful. They have many equipment choices to choose from plus classes are offered as well.

Definite go-to for anyone that is a regular gym goer. It's an excellent substitute for anyone looking for a cheaper gym with a wide variation of fitness classes. Time schedule from opening to closing provides flexibility for both casual gym goers and fitness enthusiasts. Maintenance and atmosphere in the gym are a 10/10. No complaints whatsoever.

Complete package! Love the facilities, classes and access to childcare. No excuse not to go to the gym!

The more and more I gotten to know this place the more and more I see past the scam they run. I own a corporate account and front office plays musical chairs, they make promises they don't back followed by mysteries charges on credit cards they use every excuse for. They then request items they know are impossible to get or very tidius in order to wear you out. This place didn't live up to half of the promises I was given when I was shopping around for a health facility for me and my staff. Huge disappointment.

Never to crowded...always able to go in and do my workout and get out...staff is very helpful and knowledge on anything that you ask.

My wife canceled her membership after the end of the contract and they kept charging me for a second person. Due to my busy schedule I did not go to the gym for a while, and whenever I call they say the manager will call me back but never did. Finally I was able to go to the gym to speak to them and they refunded me, and after 2 months they started again charging me double. Its very frushtraiting custimer service, and very unacceptable.

The women's gym is nice. They have upgraded machines. Can get packed around the later hours of the day when people get out of work, but I've never had to wait to use a machine. Machines are usually very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The crossfit gym here is great. The workouts definitely push you more than what I've seen at other places and the coaches are awesome.

A great gym with great equipment. Not to mention a women's only gym for the ladies who don't want to be stared at while working out.

Been member for years. Brand new cardio equipment and 24 hours works for my schedule.
