From the 7day trial to the cleanliness and calmness of the gym, I have yet to find something wrong with this place. Have only met Luis, but he's been so helpful. Definitely recommend!

I love this Gym! First of all the staff is amazing, and very friendly! The gym is always clean and the staff is always there to help. I recently got my membership back with them because it's literally 24/7! They took off my past due and let me start over! I highly recommend this gym.

The gym is great all the staff members are friendly and kind. The trainers Rosie and Dianne are very helpful they also support you all the way until you reach your goals and if you have any questions about membership Luis and Victor got all your answers

Caution: Read your contract as it relates to cancellation. The 30 day written notice for cancellation (after term completion) is, in my humble opinion, ridiculous.

Need wall mirrors in front of the squat racks...
The exercise room gets really hot because there's no ceiling or floor fans...Would be nice if there's a rack to hang up yoga mats, instead of them cluttering on the floor corner
It's a clean little gym with friendly staff. Free WiFi and free daily classes (yoga, circuit etc),
but if they "gonna have class" and even though you were in the exercise room first, and in the corner not bothering anybody, they will ask you to leave - happened to me once - extremely unpleasant experience
But, they don't stop people from dropping weights (annoying af)... the free trial passes allow random people in and some of them are loud and obnoxious...occupying space to take selfies
Edit: It is under a different name. I signed up a year ago at a different city, but recently moved to Laredo.

Been awhile since I quit this gym and had intended to leave a review at the time. Place is too warm , especially near the stationary bikes which are located in front of big window where you can feel the intense heat of the sun bouncing off the sidewalk and through the glass. .. no ceiling fans either. Also, trainer failed to call back in a timely fashion (as promised), regarding scheduling workouts with me. Seems to have lost interest when they got really busy. It's never good to feel that one's business is being taken for granted.

They have a video room for workouts and an open floor area for custom workouts I suppose. It's a nice little clean place to get in a workout but it may not meet all your needs, especially if its crowded.

This feels like home. the concept of the gym is perfect! i'm a 21 year old Nursing student with a full time job and 2 really hyper active boys this gym gives me the chance to go and focus on myself for an hour or 2 a day at MY convenience. Clean and organized !

They have a decent amount and variety of machines. I've seen much better though. They have lots of dumbbells but not much in the way of barbells. They have a video room for workouts and an open floor area for custom workouts I suppose. It's a nice little clean place to get in a workout but it may not meet all your needs, especially if its crowded.
