I have had an extremely positive experience with this Gym. My trainer was Lynn and she was awesome!! I enjoy the early morning HIIT classes and love the overall atmosphere!!!. The gym is not overcrowded.... more

Very nice to have this establishment nearby. Rates are reasonable for senior citizens and their spouses. Love the tai chi classes.. Last time I was here sauna room was down for a long time found many restrictions ,front desk people can be more friendly... more
