The environment definitely was awesome and the people you meet there are supportive.
However as another person mentioned, the business side was the downfall of my whole experience there. I started with six week men's challenge and, from then on decided to extend for another six months. Around the winter of 2016 in December and January 2017 I was missing most days due to military training and high activity from my unit getting ready for a rotation. In late February early I had talked to Greg (the owner) face to face about my situation and I wanted to cancel. He had said ok just pay the $300 early cancellation fee. I told him I can't afford it all at once maybe in March probably he said ok. My contract was suppose to be done in April so I had figure I'll just wait out the time. I had call Greg four or five until he finally picked up and I mentioned to him again what I was planning and he told me that he was busy at the moment and that he would send me an email. Three weeks later, no email so I called Charlie his right hand and explained to him what had happened. I told Charlie that my contract is suppose going to expire in April 1st so that they don't automatically charge my account. April came they charged me and I went there and they had a meeting Charlie came out and said that he will put back the next day. May came they charged my account again and April still has not been credited back into my account. I went back talked to Charlie about it and the next day May was good but April was not. I went back and they told me that if I showed them an email before the 15th of May I'll be good, so I did. Charlie, told me that I should've sent an email a mont earlier for the cancellation in April which I would've if Greg had emailed me like he said. I asked them for the contract and they gave me a blank one not the one I signed. Although they knew what my intentions were since January they still referenced a policy about email when they should've reminded early January when I first talked to them.
