Planet Fitness is an awesome place to work out. They have tons of equipment and you never have to wait for a machine. The no judgement policy means that you will never face criticism, no matter how out of shape you are. The locker rooms are clean, and the massage chairs feel amazing after an hour on the treadmill. If you travel a lot you can use any Planet Fitness facility wherever you happen to be (with a Black Card membership). Best of all is the price! For the price of an order of hot wings you can have a top tier Black Card membership. So skip those wings and join Planet Fitness, your body will love you for it!

Very nice helpful staff! The place was miraculously clean! And they had more options and bigger facility than the Round Rock area. Five stars!

Great place to quietly get your workout on. Sometimes it's a little hot inside the building. The equipment is always cleaned by members and neat. There's always great deals on features members have access to.

I have been a planet fitness customer for years Andre' and the staff is great. Cleanest gym I have ever been in. This Planet Fitness is continuously growing to give it's customer the most up to date equipment in a non judgement atmosphere. Michael, Imani and Caitlyn are professional and customer friendly.

It's okay here. You get what you pay for. For the most part the staff is really nice. However customers behave very inappropriately and often are not addressed. To the point where a guy followed me around the gym, had no personal space boundaries, and started at me as I worked out was not addressed. It was very apparent and some staff saw. Another time several customers including myself were harassed by two girls who wanted treadmills next to each other, during a peak time! I eventually left my workout early because it became infuriating instead of a stress relief.

Nice facility but it's definitely not just $10 a month. You get charged $39 for an "annual fee". Make sure to read the fine print in the contract because they try any little way to get more money out of you. Planet fitness should make sure to inform there members of the annual fee when they advertise just "$10" a month.

It's a very good facility with excellent pricing! The staff are always very courteous and friendly the environment is comfortable. The Establishment is clean.

Gym is clean. Transfered here about 3 weeks ago from Webster, TX. I love Planet Fitness been too many across the US. But the one in Killeen needs help@ Old school sign in sheets to use Body Enhancement, massage chairs and tanning beds. Ridiculous you have to leave something to use a mat!!!! Excuse is people stealing them? The door is right next to the desk how can you not keep up with equipment. People bring in their own equipment? Jump rope seen today no one said nothing. Personal fitness which is a no no in the rules but I goes on right in front of the desk. 30 minutes limit in areas but people use them for an hour again right in front of desk. Equipment needs maintenance. Think I am going to switch to Crunch.

Its ok if you like that kind of environment to work out in. I like when it's a little empty so that I can just go from one machine to the next without having to switch yo my routine because I wanting for someone to get off the machine.

I've belonged to Planet Fitness for Iver 3 years and just now decided to use their facilities. There's nothing wrong with Planet Fitness. I just had to get motivated. I recently upgraded. I seem to enjoy Planet Fitness with the upgrade.

Everything I Expect in a Gym. Treadmills, Elipticals, Loose Weights (dumbbells) as well as "Wired-weight" machines for chest, abs, legs, back, neck and all. I Enjoy how they offer heated massage chairs and hydrotherapy massage areas and spray tanning for gold members. I dont like how theres a Penalty for ending a 1-Year contract. But other than that. Good to go. Monthly payments taken out by direct deposit with an annual fee. Can be pricey. Make sure you choose the plan right for you

I JUST LOVE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE FRIENDS. THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU OUT AND ALWAYS SAYING HAVE A NICE OR GREAT DAY WHEN YOU LEAVE.

I've been a member for a few years and I love that there equipment in modern, always un to date, the facility is always clean and there staff is very friendly.

Clean and nice equipment. The staff members greeted me nicely as well. Bathroom never smells bad and is always clen, there is never a line or a wait time. I would recommend PF to anyone. Just wish they had more locations closer to me.

So I went to check in at the front desk and a trainer named Cane was putting me in the computer when he stopped and said "Look at this!!". He turned the moniter where I could see it and it had my picture of when I started about a year and a half ago. He said "CONGRATULATIONS!". We tslked a few minutes about it and he was amazing. I have lost almost 50 pounds since then. His encouragement was priceless!!

Personal is always helpful and friendly. Safe and friendly environment with all the amenities that you need from tanning to massages. Also great prices with the black card for the 50% off on pre workout drinks as well. I love planet fitness!

I've been a black card member of PF for about 2 years now and signed up mainly for when gyms on base are packed or closed for the holidays. Today, post is recognizing Veterans Day so all gyms were closed except for the main family gym that has a small weight room. Myself along with 4 of my friends (who don't have PF memberships) decided to go to PF with the understanding that they would have to pay $20 to use the facility. When we arrived, I explained the situation to the staff who without hesitation allowed my friends to use the facility free of charge. I greatly appreciate your support to the troops and recognition of veterans day to save them some money. Your token of appreciation definitely guarantees me as a lifetime member of your organization. Thanks again to the staff and manager of your facility and whoever reads this post always remember it's not about what fitness level or body type you're at when you start, it's about changing your life for the better and allowing people to see the changes you have made to inspire them to be better as well and what better place to start than the no judgement zone.

Place itself is badass. Friendly staff. Plenty of machines. Downside. People hogging more than one machine for themselves.just going back and forth between them.And parking is idiotic. So many cars parked in middle of road. It's kinda ridiculous. Other than that it's an awesome place to work out.

This is my home gym and I can not stand it. I prefer the Belton location. Every time I walk in smells like sweat hits you every time you walk in Belton doesn't smell like that. Compaired to belton killeen need a much needed make over. Seems more like a hang out then a work out place.

I'm really enjoying my membership at Planet Fitness. The classes instructed by Mike are great. I'm very impressed as well with the 30 minute Cardio Room in the back. Been there several times to utilize it and got a very good workout.
I also like the fact that there are several of the same machines, so you don't have to wait on a piece of equipment.

Ghetto ass gym that is depressing to actually use. Everybody in there looks and acts ghetto. Looks like a dump from the outside that hasn't been maintained. Crazy ass rules like no grunting or slamming the weights that they COME UP TO YOU AND ENFORCE! This place is not for serious weightlifters. They should call this place Curves II because this place is for women only.
