Best gym in Dallas!. Coming from a land of competitive crossfit, I am always a little skeptical of new gyms. The alpha project met and surpassed my expectations. The individual testing and performance monitoring gives members individual programming with weight lifting so that you are always working within your own limits, but pushing yourself to the maximum.... more
