Local administrators need to have more control over members and memberships.. I've been a member over 5 year and manager of the Ross-Osage gym pulled all the 35 pound plates and many members have repeatedly ask for him to bring them back, stubbornly he replies no because someone didn't rack it after using them so we are all paying the price.... more
