Love this gym. Christian makes my visits so pleasant. He always says hello and greets you with a smile!!
This planet fitness location was very clean and well maintained. Noah was amazing at helping me get set up with my membership and also showing me around the gym and all the benefits that the black card membership entails.
Thank you Noah! :)
Great gym! Great staff! Especially from Noah! Gave me a tour of the gym before me becoming a member, was great in showing me how to use the equipment and giving me details in everything that I needed to know about the plans they have. Overall Noah did an awesome job!
Overly crowded gym with obnoxiously loud music. It's sweaty, and cramped. Some equipment have not been fixed since forever. Shower is too tiny with no place to hang your clothes. Restrooms are dirty. I decided to cancel and go for 24 hour fitness instead. Cancellation was another hassle, and they said I would be charged $67 for cancellation when I only had 2 months remaining in my agreement! Cancellation should not be this hard for a gym that boasts about "No Commitment?" If you are just trying to go for a cheap gym option and do not mind the crowd, sweat, and loud music, it might be the place for you. Otherwise, stay away! There are better options around!
Wonderful facility and staff. As a black card member, I'm able to get a massage before and after my workout. That is Fabulous!
Great gym that keeps on improving. Plus they clean all the time.

Great place to workout, there are a lot of friendly regulars. Jordan is very professional and will be able to answer your questions with clarity.

Great gym. Two floors where you can run and stretch and the other one where you can use their equipment.

I really like this place well all of them but since i got pregnant and had my son which is one now i cant work out daily due to my son not his fault just i dont have time to go in now only if they offered childcare i wll sign up again
For the price, not a bad facility. My biggest problem is apparently they think cleaning the men's room with an all female staff at the peak of the lunch crowd is a good idea. Floors are typically soaking wet and with only one bathroom in the facility heaven forbid you need to use the restroom or shower. Poor planning to say the least.

Best planet fitness ive been to! 2 story it dwarfs the others.
Good gym. Descent equipment. No pool, sauna, ball court.
Decent place to work out in the early morning and weekends if you want to use any machine
Awesome place to workout with the family. Clean, friendly staff. Great equipment. Great clients. Wonderful experience thus far.
Decent place. Didn't feel like I got the entire gym vibe (No scales, small locker room, tight space, etc.) $10 is exactly what you get
I like this planet fitness compared to the small ones that are out there, very spacious and good well kept equipment.
This place put everyone out tonight in the 28 degrees weather because it was too busy. I heard one of the employees say that they just wanted to control the crowd? My contract doesn't state that WE CLOSE WHEN WE CAN'T CONTROL THE CROWD!!! What type of business is that? I need answers NOW!!! Yes is was this location at 7:45pm.
I have a personal trainer. He's the best, doesn't let you give up. Very knowledgeable about everything. Great track upstairs. Lots of equipment. I have yet to wait for anything.
I go to this gym two or three times a week and the staff does a really good job of keeping the facility clean and organized . The equipment is always operational, I have never had a bad experience at this gym
This gym is probably the best gym I ever been a member of. The people are always soo friendly. The facility is always clean. You earn points for coming in. They literary have everything. Its hard for me to leave after my workout honestly.
It's no 24hr Fitness, but it's something. For a low fee you get what you pay for, but it would be great if they had a water fountain on the second floor where all the treadmills are- heaven forbid you have to refill your water bottle mid-workout- the only water fountain in the building is on the first floor! Speaking of water fountains, it's not even the fancy one that refills the bottles from a top-pouring spout when you hold your bottles in front of the motion-sensor, it's the old fashioned fountain where you have to tilt your bottle to the side and wait 10 minutes for water to slowly fill your bottle. Also, it would be great if they'd make more room for floor exercises; the only designated area to stretch in the gym is the size of a large walk in closet and it gets crowded when there are more than 4 people who want to stretch/ do abs at once.
This location in particular is by far the rudest place we've been to yet! We signed up to the one on Marsh Lane in North Dallas and are paying the $21 fee so that my husband will be able to go to all the Planet Fitness because we knew we would be moving soon he's been to the one in Irving to the one in South Dallas and to this one more than a handful of times he has no issue at any of them but every time he comes to this one they have him fill out a ridiculous form, the same exact one with info they should have since the time we signed up or his last visit! he's been going to this one for maybe a little over three months now and every time he goes in he takes in his backpack so all of sudden today there is a problem with him having his backpack I don't understand the reason behind this and if those are the rules that's fine but why only this location he's having these issues?? I'm beyond upset!
I like this location because it has an indoor track. You can jog, walk, run or just cool down. This location has Wi-Fi and it plays the best music.
I've been to many PF clubs. this is one of the largest ones I've seen. Well maintained with Iots of good equipment
This was the first gym I ever subscribed to. I was surprised at how cheap it was. I was told that all Planet Fitness's were "beginner gyms" and that eventually I would get tired of it. I didn't find that to be the case at all. The atmosphere is comfortable, the prices are affordable and the amenities are quite nice if you upgrade to the highest option.
My fiancee and I upgraded to the $20/month option. We both went together every time and I added her as a guest. So we basically only paid $10/month each. The service is pretty nice and friendly. I like this location in particular because they have an indoor track. Sure this gym doesn't have the fancy rock wall or the nice swimming pool but you get what you pay for right? Decent all around.

I hate I had to cancel my membership, but surprisingly there's not a Planet Fitness in my new neighborhood. Carlos's customer service is above amazing. He says he loves his job and it shows. Come to Cedar Hill #planetfitness!
